"First day chek in no safe working,even after the gm checked the room.complained to reception but no resolution. Second time I checked in,room fine and safe working but asked for a room move due to not feeling OK in the room Second rooms Che ked into.no safe working. Maintenance brought another safe,bu could not install it because they could not remove the broken one Kept my personal belongings in my suitcase Long story short 1,000 us dollars was taken from my room Today being almost 72 hours later still waiting for answers No safekeeping facilities at reception, no cctv coverage as I asked for PLEASE Avoid ACTUAL PROPERTY Pool tiles broke off in the pool Rooms needs renovations Breakfast poor Overall staff needs training and the gmmust sit up urgently The guest service,personal safety and security of guests are pooor"

"Me and my sister spend 11 days in this hotel. Very friendly staff. Good service and the manager try to make his guest feel comfortable. 24/7 Air-condition and electricity. Very close to all you want. The only thing I don't like is the bedspread. Lots of stains in it. They need to be replaced and the bathroom needs maintainace and every corner of the room need to be cleaned. The estate is very friendly I recommend it."

"The apartment I had was old and dingy it looks dilapidated, more like a student hostel and not fit for international guests. Beddings are old and discoloured, light is unstable. Room is poorly lit and not that clean, apartment is unsafe as it can easily be accessible from the uncompleted building behind the room. I booked for 5 nights and only stayed for 1 night, still fighting to get a refund for at least 2 nights from Hotels.ng that I booked it from. Please stay away from this accomodation at all cost, I don't know where one reviewer got the 24 hour electricity from which was not the case."

"I went in to this hotel upon strong recommendation from a friend, I was pleasantly surprised when I checked in. I stayed in the Royal Suite which was everything I expected and more. The staff were very friendly, professional and courteous. The entire hotel is very clean, the rooms nicely appointed and the decor very fitting. The gym met my workout needs. The breakfast options are somewhat limited, but one could always find something to eat from the buffet. The restaurant serves very good food for lunch and dinner, my guests and I enjoyed all the food we ordered. The TV channels definitely need to be clearer and finally the hotel needs to do away with the cheap toilet papers in the toilets/bathrooms. These are the reasons for not getting 5 points. I will definitely return to the hotel anytime I am back in Lagos"
