Honestly, there was only 1 staff member who was not rude. They said there was no room for me without even checking my info. When the staff changed they treated me as if I was some squatter asking me to leave if I didn’t have a room, when they were the ones that said check in is at 5PM. Made me pay 6 hours worth of rates just to check in, which was fine and to be expected, but even coming down and saying hi to them, they would only stare at me until I left the lobby. Ended up finding crickets in the room on the last night. Definitely not something I can recommend

The ceiling and sink looks like some repair has been done, but it wasn’t patched up very well. But other than that, everything was perfect! It’s very value for price!

We had a great time at this hotel. The location is really convenient. Next to a supermarket and local mall. Many coffee shops nearby as well as restaurants. The room was very spacious. Two bedrooms, a living area with a projection tv, and two bathrooms as well as a full size fridge. Really great experience.

Good stay for solo traveller. Pretty clean and location was near metro station. Has different themed rooms to choose from.

I booked right after we landed in incheon airport but because of the snow storm, we couldn't get a ride to the hotel at all after trying several times. I asked for a refund a few hours later and they didn't give it to me. What a waste.

Very good place to stay! Clean and nice. Lots of good restaurants/ convenient stores around. 5 minutes to metro station

The hotel is rated as 4 stars, but the stay experience and facilities did not befit a 4 stars hotel. In particular, the breakfast options and taste is poor.
