Great location with all the best Innsbruck has to offer within walking distance.

For the price, the service could have been better. Bed was uncomfortable, lots of noise in the hallway. Location is close to the train station which is good. But not the nicest street and lots of construction going on. It was clean, but carpets are somewhat dated.

5 minutes walk from the train station. 15 minutes walk to Golden House. We were given a tail room, but it was large in size and the shower and toilet were in two separate rooms. There is a sauna on the top floor, open from 5-8pm in the evening, and you need to swipe your room card to enter. There is a mixed bath for men and women, and there is no changing room. Even changing clothes, taking a bath, and steaming in the sauna are all nude regardless of gender. There is a jjim sauna and an infrared room dedicated to roasting the back. Drinking water, lounge chairs and towels are provided. There is an outdoor platform where you can see the snow-capped mountains.

I must thank Ctrip. There was a heavy snowstorm in Munich on the 2nd and traffic was disrupted. Ctrip customer service worked hard to extend the room to the 3rd (normally no refunds will be given on the same day) When it comes to Innsbruck, the best hotels are all in the mountains, because they are all self-driving people on vacation for skiing, and the train station is prepared for short-term tourists. Even so, it's hard to find a room, so don't expect value for money. This hotel is very close to the train station, 300 meters away and takes less than 5 minutes. Opposite the hotel is a construction site, there is no noise but there are workers, and the curtains cannot be opened. The room was very small, just the size of two beds, but the bed was very comfortable and the linen was very good, but the pillows were too soft and I didn't ask for an extra room if I checked in too late. It is understandable that there are no toiletries in Europe, but it is too bad that this hotel costs 1,700 yuan a night and does not even provide normal instant coffee and bagged tea.

It was close to the station and the breakfast was great. I used the welcome card well :)

房間寬敞有書桌，衞生洗漱乾濕分離，早餐不錯，時間延續4小時滿足大部分客人需求 ，酒店對面建大樓，大吊車施工比較臟亂。距離火車站近有大超市 到主街不遠，附近意大利餐館多，問清價格再買，不乏奸商宰客不提供發票。

Very nice hotel with very comfortable rooms and a memory foam mattress. Great service, lovely restaurant with very nice food. 15 minutes from airport and located on the Old Town area.

Near main train station; just that right opp there's a construction site - abit noisy.

Amazing staff when the room above us flooded and water came into our room they moved all our stuff for us and transferred us to a bigger room for our final night at no extra cost 5/5stars
