"The family room was great, but the booking details page didn't mention bunk beds, which I only found out about after calling. I hope the platform can improve its room descriptions to better inform guests. Upgrading the toilets to electric ones would also better match the hotel's caliber. Additionally, the front desk staff seemed very busy; they were trying their best to provide good service, but their hurried tone and sense of urgency suggested high work pressure. I hope the hotel can be kinder to its employees."

"The location is good because it is not far from the expressway, and there are both slow and fast EV charges available at the hotel, the check-in process was not as smooth as other hotels as per my experience, they did not add the Wechat in advance which led to slower communication. The amenities were not good because we booked a room for three, but they only included items for two people, even after requesting for extra drinking water, we only got two more bottles, the washroom was not completely clean because we found strands of hair and the drain was not completely unclogged, it is still value for money based on the price I paid."

"The room facilities are new, and the bed and pillows are clean and comfortable. The hygiene is excellent and the shower pressure is strong, making for a really enjoyable shower. The housekeeping staff are enthusiastic and polite, and the front desk staff are professional and efficient. The hotel's location is superb, with many delicious specialty restaurants on Jiefang Road, Wenyi Road, and Hongqi Road. Just across the street in the alley, there's Hetian Daoxiang Hand-Grabbed Rice and beef noodles. The Grand Bazaar is also only a 20-minute walk away."

"The room was clean and tidy, with a smart toilet in the bathroom that flushed easily. The shower had great water pressure and heated up quickly. However, the TV picture quality was poor and blurry, which affected my World Cup viewing experience. The location is excellent, about a 10-minute walk from the Grand Bazaar. The Unity Theater is nearby, and there was a show playing at the time. It's also very close to the subway station. It's situated on a Uyghur cultural street, with many food options to choose from."

"Our last night in Xinjiang was spent at the Mehao Lichi Flagship Store, and the overall experience was excellent. It's one of the most comfortable hotels I've stayed at in Urumqi. The hotel's location is quite convenient, not far from Urumqi High-Speed Rail Station, and easy to find if you're driving. Underground parking is also readily available. For those who need to catch a high-speed train or flight on their last day of a Xinjiang trip, this location is ideal. The hotel's biggest highlight is the Sky Lobby on the 38th floor. The views are expansive, and the overall design is quite stylish. From the moment you check in, you can tell it's different from a typical hotel, especially on a clear day when you can see towards the Tianshan Mountains – the scenery is beautiful. The room is spacious, well-laid out, clean, and tidy, with very comfortable bedding. After a tiring trip through Xinjiang, coming back at night to shower and rest in bed was very pleasant. The floor-to-ceiling windows are also a great bonus; they offer open views during the day and a comfortable city nightscape in the evening. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise during this stay. The variety was rich, the taste was good, and there were also Xinjiang specialty dishes, offering a great selection overall. Moreover, the breakfast hours are quite accommodating, so you don't have to wake up extra early to eat, which is very convenient for tourists. The staff's service attitude was also excellent. The front desk was efficient with check-ins, and any requests were promptly addressed. The hotel also has facilities like a gym and laundry, which are very practical for those on an extended trip through Xinjiang. Overall, whether it's the rooms, the views, the breakfast, or the location, this hotel lives up to its 'flagship store' positioning. It's especially suitable for the last night of a Xinjiang road trip or for travelers needing to catch a high-speed train or flight. The overall value for money is good, and this stay exceeded my expectations. I would consider staying here again on my next visit to Urumqi."

"I brought my friends to my hometown for a visit and chose to stay in the most familiar place from my childhood, the former ”Holiday Inn.” From my window, I could see the school I attended, the Xida Bridge I've crossed countless times, and the Ccmall built on the site of my grandma's old house. Every morning, before even heading out, I'd order Xinjiang's unique ”Chaballet.” Everything was close by for shopping, whether I walked or took a taxi. This hotel truly has a prime location that outsiders wouldn't understand. I'll definitely choose to stay here every time I return! The picture shows the Ancient Hotan-style pilaf from Hongqi Road, which I walked to. Highly recommend it!"

"Atour is my favorite hotel brand. The bedding is an advantage. This time I came to Xinjiang with my friends. Urumqi is the last stop. I want to find a hotel to let everyone have a good rest. Atour is the best choice. This Atour is newly opened, the location is also good, go to Xinjiang Museum, The Grand Bazaar and the airport are also within half an hour. Parking is very convenient. It's super close to the Xinjiang International Grand Bazaar, and you can see a landmark building right from your room just by opening the curtains. The hotel has a rich ethnic vibe, with spacious rooms and beautifully decorated hallways and lobby. The breakfast even includes Xinjiang milk tea and yogurt."
