Hiroshima City Hotels with Wifi

"There was a crowd during check-in, but the hotel staff efficiently handed out queue numbers, allowing guests to wait comfortably on the sofas. The room I got was perfectly quiet, which was great! Since it's a business hotel with a high turnover, if you need to sleep in a bit later during the day, you can call the front desk beforehand to arrange a suitable room cleaning time. This way, you can get a better rest in the morning. Check-out is a bit early at 10 AM, but you can pay to extend it for ¥1,000 per hour. The hotel also has laundry machines and a public bath on the top floor, making it excellent value for money. The staff provided great service too. Highly recommended!"

"Initially i wanted to book a hotel somewhere in the downtown. But the breakfast and the dinner here caught my eyes. Also the view of the inland islands. I stayed 2 nights here, I came from Fukuoka where my plane landed. The taxi fare from hiroshima station to the hotel is about 3000-3500 yen. There is free hotel shuttle bus but i did not take it. Also, there is public bus stopping right outside the hotel (which i found out later). Though the hotel is old, it is well kept and clean. The staff were very eager to assist the guests and there is always a smile on the face. I was given the 17th floor facing east. But the morning sun was too bright. Though it didnt matter much to me. Another reason i booked this hotel is they have speed boat counter for Miyajima island. I booked one way there as I have the JR pass for return and I have plans after. One way ticket from hotel to Miyajima is 2400 yen and return is 4500 yen. There is a convenience store in the hotel. But I believe they closes at 2200. Also, there is hot spring in the hotel. There is a usage charge for it, but i do not recall the price as i did not use. I went up to the bar on the 1st night. The view was great. Most importantly the price are reasonable too. For both days, i ate at the chinese restaurant for breakfast. 1st day was Japanese breakfast set. 2nd day was Japanese buffet style breakfast. They were delicious. The western and Japanese buffet breakfast at the top floor were very crowded. But they had more selections. For my return trip to Beppu, I used the concierge (bell desk) to send my big luggage to Fukuoka. The price was okay. I took the hotel shuttle bus go Hiroshima station. It was a pleasant ride. Do take note it is first come first serve and there’s a queue. I will stay here again, should I come back to Hiroshima. Thank you."

"The hotel is conveniently located near a commercial street, making it easy to get around. We were traveling by car, and there's a parking lot nearby, which was very convenient. The room facilities were new and clean, and I particularly liked the spacious bathroom with a shower rather than a bathtub."

"The hotel's location is excellent. From the second floor of JR Hiroshima Station, you can follow the skywalk across the street, and it's right next to Hiroshima TV. Having a 7-Eleven downstairs is also very convenient. The hotel's cleanliness and facilities are great, and the rooms are a bit larger than typical Japanese hotels. Breakfast is on the 20th floor with panoramic views, including the station. The variety is quite rich, and they even have Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki. The only thing I hope they can improve is the towel-only replacement service. It's nice that clean towels are hung outside the door without disturbing guests, but it would be even better if there was a bin in the bathroom to dispose of used towels."

"Considering the extreme weather in summer, I thought it through and booked this hotel. The location is incredibly convenient. You can reach the hotel from the bus stop by just walking through the JR station. Right outside the hotel's second-floor entrance is a tram stop 🚃, which can take you anywhere you want to go, though it's a bit slower than the JR, so you need to keep an eye on the time. You check in on the 7th floor via the elevator. The location is excellent, and the hotel itself is very new. The commercial facilities within the JR station are super convenient; you can buy things and then head straight up to your room to drop them off. There are also many great restaurants nearby. After so many trips to Japan, this was the first time I finally got to try Hoshino Coffee. It's also very convenient for visiting Miyajima and the Shimose Art Museum."

"Very friendly and attentive staff. Housekeeping operates relatively early compared to other hotels but was kind enough to leave a tote bag with water and towels one day when I’d slept in a little late. Hotel facilities were nice enough but pretty basic. Location is very convenient for Peace Park and surrounding attractions, but leaves a bit to be desired in terms of local flavor. Definitely an area tailored to foreign visitors. Rooftop bar is nice and they offer free drink vouchers, restaurant pizza downstairs looked pretty good too."

"I owe a lot to this place where I stayed for 7 days. There was staff who could speak Korean, and all the staff basically spoke English. The room cleaning was neat, so I had no discomfort during my stay, and checking out was also easy, which was great. It's a bit disappointing that there weren't more washing machines, but it was good that if I told the front desk, they would temporarily store finished laundry and let me use the washing machine."

"Free parking for hotel guests is a great bonus. It only takes about 25 minutes to get to the city center from the Ujina 5-chome tram stop, which was surprisingly quick. The hotel itself was very clean, simple, and comfortable. I was traveling with my elementary school-aged daughter, and the availability of free-size pajamas was a lifesaver. The toothbrushes are all the same color, which is a little inconvenient when traveling as a family, as it's hard to tell whose is whose. Also, if you take a towel to the public bath, you won't have one left for use in your room, so it would be nice to have extra towels. All the food was delicious, and the staff were all sporty and left a great impression. The cleaning was thorough, and I will definitely stay here again!"

"My stay at this hotel was quite good overall. The location is decent – it's about a 10-minute walk with luggage from Hiroshima Station if you cross the bridge from the Fukuya side and turn left. There's a FamilyMart convenience store about 20 meters in front of the hotel, and Shukkei-en Garden is super close, roughly a 7-8 minute walk away. Most of the city's shopping areas (Kamiya-cho, Hon-dori shopping street, Hiroshima Castle, Peace Memorial Park, etc.) and major department stores are all within a 20-30 minute walk, so nothing is too far. The hotel lobby on the first floor is staffed 24 hours a day, and the cleaning staff tidies up daily. The breakfast selection is also quite varied, and you don't have to wait long for the elevators. There are plenty of dining options nearby as well. All in all, it was a good experience! I'd consider staying here again on my next trip to Hiroshima."

"Great central location, near Hiroshima station. Hence easy to take Shinkansen, JR trains, streetcars. Within walking distance to most major attractions. Hotel is modern with reasonable amenities. Breakfast spread is good and tasty. Hotel staff speaks English and are helpful. Good value. Highly recommend."
