Hiroshima City Hotels with Wifi

The single room was quite good; it was compact but still had enough space, which is pretty decent for a Japanese hotel. The best feature of the room was the abundance of power outlets everywhere – very modern and meets the current need for charging multiple devices. This definitely deserves a thumbs-up. Furthermore, it was clean and generally quiet, and one of the pillows was a memory foam pillow, which was a nice touch. Of course, the hotel's biggest advantage is its convenience, as it's directly connected to Hiroshima Station. If you exit the central passage's North Exit, turn left, and go to the end of the corridor, you'll find the hotel's second floor. Hiroshima Station itself is a major commercial hub with everything you could need, so it's incredibly convenient. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Hiroshima.

What a nice hotel! Great location! On our departure day, we left the hotel @ 4:15pm and got on the Nozomi Shinkanzen @ 4:28pm :-) Nice room size with table and leather bench so you don’t always have to sit on the bed. The public bath is modern and clean. The best part was the exceptional front desk staff who were so kind and friendly, probably the nicest front desk staff we have experienced in Japan so far. Special thanks goes out to the only male employee working around 4pm on 22nd of May who carried my bag out from the luggage storage and gifted me a mini origami. Your kindness really touched me! Also, great craftmanship!!!

Prime Convenience: Having a 7-Eleven located right on the ground floor of the hotel was incredibly convenient for late-night snacks, drinks, and daily essentials. Perfect Transit Location: The hotel is located just a quick three stops away from Hiroshima Station via the local streetcar. It is also highly accessible for easy taxi pick-ups and drop-offs right outside. Great for Shopping: It sits very close to the main local shopping streets, making it a breeze to walk to nearby boutiques and restaurants.

Location is amazing! In front of this hotel is tram station, and only 2 stations to/from hiroshima station (bullet train), beside hotel there is family mart. And nearby many restaurants around. It’s clean also, their housekeeping really amazing! Amenities, wow also great! And if you need more towel just 50JPY so cheap! One of the best capsule hotel I’ve ever stay in Japan. Recommend!!

Great location, everything's within walking distance. The staff were super friendly and explained everything thoroughly. They gave us a map with detailed directions to Hiroshima Airport, which was way more helpful than Google! You can get a great view of Hiroshima from the hotel's 25th floor, and they offer complimentary coffee and drinks after 10 PM, with different snacks and puddings depending on the time of day. Our room had a window with a city view, and the bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, though there was a slight odor from the toilet, which was fine once the lid was down. Overall, very satisfied.

The hotel's location is excellent for getting anywhere, just 3-4 bus stops from Hiroshima Station and 3 stops from Hatchobori. It was convenient to have a space in the afternoon where we could enjoy welcome drinks or meals, which was also the breakfast area. We stayed in a twin room as a family of four with two double beds, but the room wasn't large enough to lay out four suitcases on the floor. We paid for breakfast, and it offered a typical business hotel menu. Momiji Manju and Okonomiyaki were available on the menu every day.

Excellent hotel located on the waterfront. Room was big enough for 2 with 2 big suitcases. We had a seaview room facing East and the view was fantastic. Rooms are well soundproofed and couldn't hear any of the neighbors, not even any door closing. Facilities are great, as this hotel is a resort with japanese families spending staycations here. The only thing perhaps is that the hotel is about 20 minutes from downtown by public bus, which isn't a problem at all as the bus stop is literally by the hotel main entrance. A great thing is that there's a ferry boat going directly from the hotel to Miyajima island. I had a very nice time using this hotel as a base to visit Hiroshima. Will stay here again next time.

The location of this hotel is excellent. It’s right next to Peace Memorial Park, directly behind the museum, in a quiet and pleasant area. It’s about a 3–5 minute walk from the tram stop and around 5 minutes to the main shopping street. If you get this hotel at a good price and only plan a short stay focused on the Peace Park, the location is definitely a plus. The room itself, however, was extremely small. Seating was uncomfortable — only a small stool with no back, and in my case the screws were sticking out, making it unsafe and unpleasant to use. You are basically either on the bed or out of the room. The biggest issue was severe condensation and dampness. The room had extreme moisture problems — water running down the walls and windows, and the bed and floor becoming damp overnight. I woke up with wet feet and later realised why. This is not normal condensation; it was excessive and clearly an ongoing issue. I raised this with the front desk when checking out, but it was brushed off. After contacting Trip.com with photos and videos, the hotel refused responsibility once I had checked out. Trip.com eventually offered partial compensation, but the hotel itself showed no accountability. Because of this, I would not stay here again. I am not overly picky with hotels, but a damp room that can make guests sick is unacceptable. Also, I do not recommend the breakfast. You receive a very small bento box with unclear contents and a bottled tea. For the price, you are far better off going to a nearby convenience store like Lawson. Overall: great location, but poor room conditions and lack of responsibility from the hotel. There are better options in this area.

The hotel's service and facilities are generally up to standard. For our stay, the room provided toothbrushes and essential toiletries, along with laundry facilities and drinking water, which was quite good. However, I was a bit disappointed that the hotel didn't provide shower caps. Also, room cleaning isn't done daily, so guests need to arrange for it according to their needs. As for the room rate, since it included breakfast, it's considered relatively inexpensive for a hotel in Hiroshima City. The only downside is that the hotel's location is a bit far from Hiroshima Station, making it not the most convenient. But it's closer to the Atomic Bomb Dome, which isn't too bad.

I had a great stay at this hostel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the location was perfect It felt relaxed from the moment I arrived. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers!
