Amazing
JJianhongdehongThe room was clean, check-in was quick, breakfast was filling, and it was close to Hiroshima Train Station, making it very convenient for sightseeing in the city and going to Miyajima and Iwakuni. You can store your luggage after checking out in the morning, come back in the afternoon to pick up your luggage, and take the Shinkansen back to Osaka, arriving at 7 o'clock.
55019****The hygiene was excellent, and the hotel facilities were complete and well-equipped. It's a shame the staff weren't smiling! The toiletries provided in the bathroom didn't live up to the Hilton brand standard. Also, the breakfast selection was a bit limited. Of all the hotels I stayed at during my trip to Japan, this one felt significantly lacking in the details compared to local Japanese brands.
GGuest UserLocated in Hiroshima's bustling commercial district, this hotel is right next to the bus center and Kamiya-cho Sogo department store, making it super convenient for shopping and getting around. The rooms are spacious, bright, clean, and tidy, with pleasant views from the window. Highly recommended!
KKhabibov IlnurGreat room. It was clean and cozy. The staff were polite and friendly. Free coffee from a machine is available at the front desk. A 7-Eleven is conveniently located right next door. The room doesn't have wardrobes or much space for large suitcases, but it's perfectly fine for travelers with smaller luggage. The hotel offers two washing machines and two dryers; however, expect queues in the evenings, so doing laundry in the morning or afternoon is recommended. Overall, I have wonderful memories of my stay.
MMichaelRoom and bathroom is good size for Japan, and very clean, comfortable and quiet. Location is great - walking distance to almost everything and close to a tram for Miyajima and for the station. There are eating places all around, and a Don Qijote late night supermarket right nextdoor. We were really impressed, and staff are very helpful. Didn't seem crowded although there are clearly tour groups and plenty of Japanese business visitors.
GGuest UserIt was a first time for me and it went very well infeed. The location is on a main street within walking distance of the station. On a tram and bus stop too. The young staff spoke English and were very helpful. All amenities are provided. Excellent facilities too. Once you got the hang of the place, it was easy to get used to the wsy of life. I stayed 2 nights. Somewhat pricier than other capsules, but I couldn't fault anything. Would consider staying there again.
桃桃すきThis time I only stayed overnight and did not use the large public bath, breakfast, or happy hour, so I cannot comment on the service, but I was very satisfied with the hotel as it was in a good location and the price was low.
GGuest UserAmazing hotel and I cannot wait to go back.
The view is to die for.
I just wish I had checked in a lot earlier.
The convenience store downstairs sells alcoholic drinks, bento and other snacks at reasonable prices.
The shuttle bus is convenient but does not run that frequently so I recommend you to check it well in advance. I ended up paying around 3500 yen for taxi one way 🤣
OOzEmPicsThis Hotel is fantastic and I’d absolutely stay here again.
The onsen on the top floor features a large communal bath and a sauna.
The bed is very comfortable and there’s also a mini fridge for chilling drinks.
They have a self service Laundry with separate dryers on the ground floor next to the rather unused Internet lounge.
The breakfast in the morning was very filling with a great variety of soups, salads, congee, breads and proteins.
It’s only a short stroll to Hiroshima Station for a great range of local delicacies like Okonomiyaki.
Staff were attentive and helpful speaking a little English.
Will gladly stay again. Arigato Gozaimasu!
SSarah H.Location ok, near the tramway, but not the nicest street. The room is very hot, uncomfortable and tiny. And it’s not exactly 2 beds. There’s one double bed and then there’s a very high and uncomfortable stepladder to reach a mattress that is very close to the ceiling. The staff doesn’t speak any English and we had to use Google translation with everyone. We were given the wrong room at first and waited 40 minutes to check-in. The woman didn’t know we had already paid for the room. Then the next day, we asked to leave our luggage before taking the train which they agreed to. And when we returned to gather them, they said they would charge us for this service as we were away for more than an hour. The staff wasn’t very cooperative or nice and wouldn’t let us leave. There is no sign or explanation anywhere about the fact that leaving your luggage is not free. It’s not written anywhere.
