"The hotel was relatively easy to find and had a large parking lot, which was convenient for self-driving tours. The overall design leaned towards a dark aesthetic. The hotel's perfume scent was overwhelmingly strong, to the point where my nose couldn't handle it. The bathroom in my room didn't have a wet/dry separation, and the comforter was quite old. The room I booked had no windows, but it was very quiet, so I slept well at night."

"For the price we paid, we can't really complain as the hotel rooms are generally decent, stay comes with breakfast and the hotel is located in a good location, within walking distance to Concubine Lane. While the room is decent, management could really look at improving hygiene (especially bathroom and bedsheets) and maintenance. One of our rooms had a leakage but was quickly replaced with another. The breakfast spread was decent. However, it's a little strange that we were given the remote controllers for A/C and TV when we checked in and needed to return them when we checked out. Free parking is also a perk."

"Visited Ipoh during the long weekend. The lobby looked grand and the rooms were nicely renovated. Lots of facilities were provided as well, e.g. pickleball court, pool and 24/7 gym.
A variety of breakfast was provided and different types of eggs to try 🤭 Had to pay for the pickleball court, rental for the paddles. Recommend to have first aid kid at the pickleball court.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. 👍👍"

Shower water was good enough.
Cleanliness needs to be much improved. The bed sheet and blanket were not cleaned and stained. The screen of the television was broken.
Roadside parking space was very limited, although a covered “parking garage”provided, the scary and steep narrow entrance need to have a very skilful driving techniques required."

Top-Notch Entertainment Facilities - A Total Surprise!
This place is more than just a private pool; it's a full-blown private entertainment hub! What our group of friends loved most:
· Private Karaoke System: The KTV setup was awesome with a massive, up-to-date song library. We found all the latest hits, classics, and Cantonese songs
· Retro Arcade Games & Pool Table: The arcade cabinet had so many classic games for a serious nostalgia trip. After that, switching to a competitive game of pool kept the energy high. These facilities really made our trip unforgettable.
Thoughtful Touches That Made All the Difference
Beyond the fun, it was the thoughtful details that truly impressed us:
· Water Dispenser in the Kitchen: Incredibly convenient! No need to boil water or buy loads of bottles. Having instant hot and cold water on tap was a game-changer.
· Luxurious Bathtub & Bath Salt: The biggest sweet touch was the owner providing bath salt for us! After a full day of activities, sinking into a fragrant, hot bath was the perfect way to unwind and felt like pure luxury. This small gift added such a personal, caring touch.

GGavin L.The hotel arranged for us to stay in a corner room which has weak WiFi access. I didn't have WiFi for the entire three nights stay. Furthermore, the bed was rather hard and the room was rather small. However, the hotel provides excellent breakfast and is located at a very strategic location. The hotel is very close to the Ipoh parade and within 10 mins drive to famous tourist spots like concubine lane. Overall, the experience was just alright.

The glass on the nightstand was broken.
The shower flow was irregular.
The other visitors were quiet at night.
