"Being right in the middle of Bindondo Chinatown meant that there was alot to explore within walking distance. The Hotel staff were all nice and cordial. They were even kind enough to keep our bags while waited to leave for our flight. We were able to do some work and mix a bit fo sightseeing too."

"💥Great location and comfortable rooms, but service capacity falls short for the country's largest hotel.💥 While their website boasts being the largest hotel in the country by room count, the operational capacity during our stay didn’t match the scale. Check-in was a lengthy 45-minute process. There were only four counters open initially (three regular, one priority), and an additional counter was only opened after the line had already grown significantly. For a hotel of this size, guest arrivals should be anticipated and staffed accordingly. Breakfast was similarly delayed. With only two staff members checking the guest list (one regular, one priority), the line stretched all the way into the main lobby, taking us nearly 30 minutes just to enter the dining area. Claiming the title of the largest hotel comes with the expectation that staffing levels can efficiently handle high guest volumes. On a positive note, the hotel does have its bright spots: Staff: Courteous and pleasant throughout our stay. Room & Comfort: Comfortable rooms with well-carpeted corridors that effectively minimized hallway noise. Location & Accessibility: Excellent proximity to major malls/casinos (Ayala Malls, MOA, Okada, Solaire, and COD), making Grab pickups after check-out quick and easy. Verdict 😉: While the accommodations and location are strong, the frustrating wait times severely impacted the overall experience. Given our stay, we didn't feel it delivered strong value for money."

"The first thing that must be said is that this hotel really is value for your money. The lobby area has dining and modest cafe facilities. The staff are very friendly and service-oriented. Jenold was particularly affable and helpful. The room size was fine for a single traveler. The bed was soft and the pillows were good so I slept well. The bathroom was a bit cramped due to an inward-opening door. Poor design there. Terminal 3 is just across a very busy road."

"The location is definitely one of the hotel’s biggest strengths. It’s just a few steps away when you get off Runway Manila toward Newport, making it extremely convenient—especially for travelers. There’s a Lawson, Starbucks, and several restaurants right around the corner, and Newport Mall is only about a 400-meter walk away. Security is also reassuring, as all luggage is scanned upon entry, which gives an added sense of safety. However, the stay itself had several drawbacks. The breakfast spread is quite limited and not particularly tasty. It also gets crowded very early—by 7 AM, seats are already hard to find, and you may need to wait. We stayed on a weekday, so it’s likely even worse on weekends. The room was underwhelming. We were assigned a standard room on the 4th floor, quite far from the elevator, which was inconvenient. While the beds and pillows were soft and comfortable, the overall cleanliness felt lacking. There was only one bathrobe and one glass provided, and the amenities were very basic. The bathroom was especially disappointing—it was dark, felt unclean, and had visible mildew on the curtains. The curtains were also too short, causing water to spill into other areas of the bathroom. It almost seemed like the dim lighting was intentional to hide these issues. Overall, the hotel is acceptable if you just need a place to rest after a long flight or if you have an early departure. But for comfort and overall quality, there’s definitely room for improvement."

"I was very satisfied with this hotel. It was very clean, and there were security guards who opened the doors for guests entering and exiting. The room was spacious and smelled lovely. It's close to the airport, only about a 10-minute ride by ride-sharing app. It's also super convenient for SM Mall, just a 10-minute taxi ride away. The breakfast the next day was fantastic and had a great variety, especially suitable for Chinese guests, with items like siu mai, braised chicken feet, and congee. The food tasted really good."

Our 2nights stay is super great..the hotel is an old school but they still keep the cleanliness and the 5star hotel vibe with the pretty and hospitable staff...knowing the hotel is part of the manila hotel group they kept the standard..the room is different from the pics..its is big where you dont bump into one another while going around..bathroom one of my fav because of the bathtub...spacious cabinet for the clothes and baggage...over all it is 10 for our family..breakfast buffet..OMG worth the price...they never repeat the menu each day...my kid is a picky eater but she enjoyed the selections of food...everyday there is BACON. Location wise it is just less than 5mins walk to the museums...if you love walking it is near Intramuros , Binondo, Quiapo Church. No problem when you get hungry at night..there are lots of resto and food stall just outside the hotel. Worth our stay..SURELY WILL BOOK AGAIN FOR A LONGER STAY🥰🥰♥️♥️♥️♥️ Thank you Manila Prince Hotel for a wonderful experince.

Staying at City Garden Suites Manila turned out to be a great choice for exploring the historic side of Manila. The location is very convenient — just a short distance from Rizal Park, Intramuros, and shopping areas like Robinsons Place Manila. It made moving around the city easy without long travel time. The hotel is conveniently located near Chinatown and several popular attractions. The front desk staff are enthusiastic and there are Chinese signs available. The double room was spacious. I suggest adding more variety to the breakfast buffet. It's also within walking distance to the Royal City.

Been booking Eurotel everytime since its fronting Rob Manila. The bed is not soft and the beddings are quite old and are yellow-stained already. Also, one problem is the bedding (bedsheet) keeps coming off from the mattress which is a hassle. Hallway sometimes smell of cigarette

Ii need a flat iron then i call from housekeeping dial 5 a girl answered i told her my intention of calling , but she in a sarcastic way she said u can birrow a flat iron only for 30 mins and i just said if only 30 mins maybe later ill borrow then i just hang up after an hour i called again in the housekeeping different girl answered she said akright i will bring it now to your room and the service boy just signed this maam, snd thrn no more i asked the boy after i finished do i need ti call he said no msm just left it outside.. so after i finished i just call the housekeeping the girl said alright i will send somebody yo pick it up until i checkout the flat iron still in our room… how come service person sometimes rude but the ithers are not… i hope that bayview park hotel train well their service attendant specially answering guest in right manner… not to sarcastic and too exaggerated ways…

Stayed at Hotel H2O with a 4-year-old and a 1-year-old. Its main advantage is the location inside the park, providing direct access to attractions and making it easy to return to the room for naps and breaks. Pros * Excellent location inside the park with easy access to attractions. * Convenient for families with young children who need rest breaks. * Staff quickly resolved a minor issue with a broken bidet upon arrival. * Bed size is king as advertised. Cons * Cleanliness was adequate but not exceptional. * No room service available. * Restaurants are available on the ground floor and via GrabFood delivery, but in-room dining would be more convenient. * The hotel’s restaurant feels disconnected from the overall hotel experience. Recommendation Hotel H2O is a good choice if your main goal is visiting the  attractions, especially with young children. If you do not plan to spend time in the area, other hotels may offer better value.

I recently stayed at Hotel Sogo, and I must say that my overall experience was pleasant and satisfying. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how well-maintained and organized the place was.
