"The 2 bed bunk room was good, perfect for solo traveler. Amenities is fine, except there's no washing machine. Again for second time around, we got a problem with the tap card that you will use to exit and enter the premises, they gave us the tap card on the last night of our stay, which is supposed to be given at the time you're checking in."

itsreallyjaineStaying at City Garden Suites Manila turned out to be a great choice for exploring the historic side of Manila.
The location is very convenient — just a short distance from Rizal Park, Intramuros, and shopping areas like Robinsons Place Manila. It made moving around the city easy without long travel time.
The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, perfect for resting after a full day of walking around Manila. What stood out the most was the hospitality of the staff — they were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help.
If you’re looking for a hotel that balances comfort, location, and affordability, this is definitely a good option when staying in Manila.

Guest UserThe hotel is in a great location, making it easy to access everything we needed. The staff were also friendly and helpful. However, we noticed some cockroaches in the room. I hope the hotel can improve its pest control by spraying regularly, as this would make the stay much more comfortable. Overall, the place is nice

Anonymous UserBooking here in trip.com made our trip very satisfying! Everything went so smoothly. I'm very happy that is was a stress free transaction. I also checked the website to compare the pricing, but I saw it was way cheaper to book here. Thank you so much for the splendid stay!

Anonymous UserThis is in Birch Tower in Bacobo St. just a few steps from Robinsons Place Manila Mall. Location wise. A nice place to stay, great city and sea view. Though neighbors are noisy. Loud doors sometimes they are shouting and loud knocking. No water and towel change on my second day even after I specially went to the front desk. Front desk staff was nice and friendly. Perhaps he just forgot. Bring your own slippers. Overall, still a great place to stay.

So, i came to manila alone. Hoping to have a good time. Spent 28 days in this hotel and explored the surronunding areas. By the end of the trip i met my babae and we where having a good time. Long story short... the hotel was well worth the money, as the view was great and my girl got pregnant. So, its a lucky room i guess too. You pay for all the amenaties.
That was one down point but other than that it was fine and i had good nights/late night fun.. come and try it for yourself.

HalseyyThe room is overall cozy and clean. Aircon is new, the bed is cozy very comfortable. The bathroom is clean with hot shower. But no water heater in the room you still need to request. I am disappointed a bit since I was assigned at the 5th floor and I have requested the front staff to transfer me in the lower floor and she assured me if there will be available she will transfer me since I will be extending a couple of days. But when the third day comes, she mentioned no more available rooms. It is so upsetting since I am expecting what she promised when I see couple of guests already checking out.

I will always keep them ahead in terms of the noise-free environment, beauty and cleanliness of the hotel, and their behavior was very friendly which impressed me, the most interesting thing is that they have a rooftop bar where you can relax and take in the fresh air and enjoy the beauty of the city, guests from different countries are present there with whom it is very enjoyable to spend private time.

The hotel is in a great location.
The staff are very helpful.
The hot water in the bathroom was never hotter than lukewarm, at best. I don't think that is ideal for Legionnaires disease prevention.
The WiFi was quite strong. But throughout the hotel, on multiple devices I was not able to access various websites, the same on each device.
For example I was never able to access BBC.com, CNN.com, X.com and about 50% of other sites. This on two phones and a laptop, throughout my stay. At nearby restaurants, I could access all without issue. When I spoke to the staff, they said they had no problem on their phones and my problem persisted. To access affected sites I had to turn the wifi off on one of my phones and hotspot to my laptop / other phone.
The breakfast is very basic.
