"We spent 4 nights in this hotel. The room was very nice and very well equipped. There were even two bottles of water and two bottles of Coca Cola free of charge every day, which is very, very rare. Certainly a highlight for those who are thirsty. The only drawback was that the room faced the street. Although we like sleeping with the window open, we could unfortunately hear the construction noise from the neighboring building at 7:00 a.m. and the school children at 7:30 a.m. The hotel has two pools, an indoor and an outdoor pool. Since we like to go swimming for 30 minutes after getting up in the morning, it was an advantage that there were few guests at that time and we could swim well. A maximum of 4 people can swim at the same time, otherwise they can only enjoy the water. Unfortunately the outdoor pool doesn't open until 10:30 a.m. In general, you have to say that the pools and the general spa area are very nice. You get the feeling that everything is new. There are two saunas, two steam baths that should steam a bit more in my opinion :-) ! Great relaxation rooms, everything is just perfect. The only thing that isn't there are sauna infusions by a sauna master. And don't forget the fitness area. It is really well equipped with modern equipment. Really well-equipped for "fitness people". Incidentally, the staff are super friendly and helpful. From the chambermaid to the reception and the service staff in the restaurant. We had booked half board and unfortunately I have to make compromises here. We travel a lot and know a lot of 5-star hotels but in terms of cuisine, this can't keep up. The breakfast buffet and the evening meal are good but with 5 stars there are different expectations. For example, the breakfast is very varied but there are three types of sausages, Frankfurters (Vienna), white sausages and bratwursts. When I go to breakfast at 9:30, the sausages are floating in lukewarm water and the bratwursts look dried out. If you put them out at 7:00 when breakfast starts, you should make sure that the water is always hot. Dinner has three dishes to choose from, meat, fish and vegetarian, which is good. However, the dishes are simple and not appropriate for a 5-star hotel. This is just a comparison to other 5-star hotels on our part. In general, the food is good. The only real negative is the price of the wine, which we found to be exceptionally expensive. I would say that it corresponds to a 6-star hotel :-) ! All in all, I would recommend the hotel."

"Beds very soft, not suitable for everyone. Very close to Ischgl"

"This was probably the best hotel i ever stayed, certainly in the Alps. Everything 100% was perfect. Location amazing, right in centre of Ischgl, you can actually ski down next to the hotel entrance. The half board option was superb, 6 course dinner each night was amazing, quality of food and service . Amazing variety on wine list. Breakfast just sensational, lots of choice, nice breads and mix of foods. Fantastic tough to give a newspaper with the day snow report and ski conditions, The room we had was deluxe with view of mountain. Amazing comfy bed, spacious, lots of hanging space, i never had a hotel provide so many coat hangers!. Bathroom perfect , great shampoos and body washes. Hotel spa modern and luxurious, not overstated Hotel bar area really wonderful lots of space, cosy , nice bar staff. Hotel has traditional style you feel you are in the Alps , bit modern day services. Ski hire was so easy and they also provide the ski pass in the hotel reception,. Local bars and restaurants within a few yards from the hotel Cannot wait to come to this hotel again. Top notch thank you ! "

"Excellent accomodation, food variety, SPA area (saunas, body treatment), two smimming pools, outdoor whirpool, fitness area, friendly staff. Many times awarded restaurant for food experience. Perfect location, just near between two gondollas stations. Show cooking dining. Professional wine and cheese sommelier experience. Impressive winesafe, mainly with Bordeaux wine collection."

"Very arrogant service coming from the top management of the hotel. Senior hotel staff cater to a select few local "royalties" by assigning them the best rooms, centrally located tables at the restaurant and going out their way in meeting their every wish. All other (especially new and non-German speaking) guests are completely ignored and are relegated to the far south corner of the hotel with cheap tiles on the floor and even cheaper and tasteless art on the walls. It has a look and feel of a 3* property at best with the view of a fence and a parking lot. The manager of the restaurant is the worst. Self-important, never says yes to anything and seems annoyed at most clients' requests. Unacceptable. There are a few nice junior staff who are trying their best but their good efforts are easily overshadowed by the factors mentioned above. For this money there are plenty of other places with the right attitude and service."

"A very spacious cozy room that really made a good impression. Clean with a decent sauna area. Breakfast was fair but could be a bit better having more choices. What I found that was missing was the absence of a cafe/restaurant at the lobby so that one could sit comfortably and enjoy a cup of coffee in the evening."

"Hotel Mondin surpassed my expectation, beautiful good size bedroom (de luxe) with walk-in wardrobes, wonderful spa/pool facilities, not too big, only 20 or so rooms, friendly staff and an excellent central location."

"Again this year we stayed in Hotel Seiblishof where we were welcomed as friends. We feel like at home in the hotel. The great (kitchen) staff made our week like paradise. Breakfast, dinner and the afternoon snacks were very tasty and of high quality. Our room was big, clean and cosy. We will come back for sure."

"Fantastic staff and service, top quality food and accommodation and all in all a great experience! From the hotel rooms, to the restaurant and the night life offered- always pleasantly surprised! May have been my first visit now but definitely not my last!"
