Near city center, staff was friendly, good choice

Stayed in the penthouse and it was super clean and spacious. Location is superb too with lots of eateries nearby.

Really nice place for all types of travellers, especially for groups.

It is pretty bad experience.

Hotel and its annex are 50 metres away on cobblestone roads and both without elevator but rooms are nice and clean. Location is not far from Havaist airport bus stop but the journey involves very steep slope that makes pushing luggage (to hotel from the airport is downwards but to airport is upwards so take note). Both young staff are friendly and very helpful - they assisted me to book a taxi and carry luggage from reception and annex very willingly and with great attitude.

We were taken care of and serviced very well from the first day we arrived at the hotel until the last day in Istanbul, including helping in a difficult situation. Everyone at the hotel was very kind and friendly. Thank you for a very good room for us on the last night after the problem of cancelled flight. Will definitely come back here again. The hotel is small but very clean. We lived on the third floor. Hot water, air conditioning, everything worked. The room was cleaned every day. Upon request, they brought a kettle and even put tea with sugar. We chose only accommodation without breakfast. The room is not noisy, despite the fact that the windows overlook the street. The bed linen is very clean and crispy. The main attractions are within walking distance from the hotel. Of the minuses: the soap dispenser worked very poorly, they do not give out toothbrushes and toothpaste.

Near Taksim Square, it is very convenient to travel. The room is great, very clean, and the equipment is also new. There are complete kitchen utensils, and you can even cook. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. The staff are very nice and enthusiastic. You can also store your luggage on the day you leave. The WiFi signal is also very good. The disadvantage is that the balcony door cannot be locked, which is a little worrying for living alone. As an Oriental, I am a little bit unaccustomed to the breakfast here. It would be better if there was porridge. Overall, it can be scored 95 points. If I come to Istanbul next time, I will choose to stay here again.

Good, very decent, nice hotel. Very clean, in the room and coffee machine and water. Balcony with a view of seagulls. Nearby is Taksim Square, metro, there are cafes and shops. Taksim Mosque.

We chose from a variety of hotels in the Taksim Square area. We settled on this option because we liked the location (the street is not noisy, there are no bars nearby) and the photos of the rooms. We initially took a basement room, but after 2 nights we asked to change it to a room with a terrace. The basement room is only for 2-3 days, since there was noise from passers-by and cars from the street, and there are also technical rooms in the basement. We had 7 nights and the room with a terrace was much quieter, more space and of course a spacious terrace. Breakfasts from 8.00-11.00, monotonous, but tasty and quite satisfying. Murad is very polite and tactful, in the morning he poured coffee and suggested where and what is worth visiting)

A good hotel within walking distance from the metro and Taksim Square, Istiklal Street. The rooms are clean, there is a mini-kitchen. There are no issues with the shower either - everything is clean and has everything you need. The staff is hospitable, there were no problems. The only downside, in my opinion, is the small selection for breakfast.

The hotel is great for its price! We had a room with a balcony - quite spacious, as was the bathroom. The beds are comfortable, sockets are next to the bed. The bathroom is also spacious, but the door did not close completely. Cleaning was every day. The breakfast is modest, but delicious, each time there were new unusual desserts. The location of the hotel is also good. Not far from Taksim, but at the same time the street is quite quiet. The hotel is also a 7-minute walk from the Havabus and Havaist stops.
