"Desk staff, very friendly and helpful. This building just opened Dec, 2025, Rooms were very spacious, Loved the wood look floors, and the breakfast was very good, the breakfast area was very relaxing' My only concerns were that the floors being non-carpeted, We had a very very heavy walker above us, This wasn't a child running, the stride was long. Knew exactly where they were in their room!, LOL. The walk in shower is a plus. To bad they didn't take advantage of the extra inches available so that the shower would be deeper, front to back.. My 6'4" husband kept knocking the slider with his elbows.. But again the shower was very nice. We typically try to stay at the LaQuinta's when traveling. Havent' been disappointed yet."

"Very good service, especially with Heidi and working through a booking issue. Extremely happy we were able to get into the motel. Also talked with two others at the front desk who were very helpful, I did not get their names. The room itself was so spacious and very well equipped. The breakfast was very good, and the staff very prompt and efficient. I have had many breakfasts in motels the last month. This one had very good and unique selections."

"These rooms were clean, nicely decorated, and spacious. We rented a king room and a room with 2 queens. The beds were excellent! Our room had a fridge, microwave, dishes, etc. If we needed to stay for several days, we could have easily. My ONLY concern was the lighting. There wasn’t a central switch hooked to lamps. Some lamps didn’t turn on at all. The bathroom was also kind of dim. I was putting on make up and hoping it was ok. Breakfast was great and there were lots of options: waffles, oatmeal, bagels, yogurt, etc. Great stop!"

"I had people knocking on my door at all hours of the night. It happened everynight. I let the front desk know and nothing was done. Not sure what they could of done. The hotel was not worth the money I paid and definitely should be rated far lower than 6.8."

"Room was clean and bed seems to be fairly new but not all that comfortable. Nice shower and bathroom area. The location and parking is very undesirable and scary. A lot of homeless and vagrants seem to hang around this area. Noticed they were close to vehicles but didn't see any broken glass when I departed."

"The rooms were rushed to get turned over for the places opening. The sink leaked and there were no curtains installed so the room never got dark due to the sun or streetlights depending on the time of day. The services was terrible. The worst I’ve ever seen. Instead of greeting people when you check in, they tell you a list of everything they will not do for you and how you should not expect anything from them. When we called about our sink leaking, you could hear them discussing if they should even come up. We waited and no one ever come to our room. We got in late after being at the ballpark all day, and 30 mins after getting ready for bed we get a call from the front desk warning us of being too loud and that they have received multiple complaints all day about our room and we wouldn’t get anymore warning even though we hadn’t been there since 11 in the morning. Property management will ruin this place and it won’t last long without some changes. Do not stay here."
