"I said I wanted a double bed, and they gave me two singles. Then I had trouble getting my son into the room, even though I was paying for him. They said the room with the round bathtub, which is the one I requested, wasn't available and children couldn't stay in it. I had no choice but to accept the room they gave me, even though I made the reservation 18 days in advance. They forced me to add an extra bed because I had an 8-year-old child, even though they told me the child was sleeping with us. Also, the bathtub faucet didn't come out very well, and it took a while to get a bath. Overall, I've stayed at this hotel several times, but this experience wasn't very good."

"Never again!! The lady in the bar was miserable and unhelpful. Towels for the pool were only given out if your passport was surrendered or secured with 10 euro. Why not give towel cards to residents when they check in? The roof by the pool is in urgent need or repair. Dangerous to residents using the pool. Massive wasps nest by the small pool. Trees by the pool need maintenance, branches seen dropping o to the ground close to sunbeds."

"The Hotel Europa has very clean rooms with air conditioning and flat-screen TVs. There was nothing to complain about the cleanliness of the sanitary facilities. Everything was very clean. Toiletries were also available. The bed was also very clean. The rooms can only be entered with a key card and are therefore very secure. The staff was very nice and friendly; however, only some employees speak English. 24-hour reception. Credit card payment is also possible. There are even two computers for guests. The hotel is handicapped accessible as there is an elevator. There is also a ramp for wheelchair users in front of the hotel. There are no parking spaces. However, you can park your car in the nearby parking garage. The parking garage is open 24 hours a day. The hotel is very centrally located. Sights, museums, churches, restaurants and cafes can be reached on foot. There is also public transport in the immediate vicinity. Unfortunately, this hotel also had a few shortcomings. The bed in the room was a bit too short for my height of 196 centimeters. There were also technical problems with the air conditioning. The air conditioning broke down all the time. The staff were unable to fix this problem either. I was very disappointed with the breakfast. I had booked the hotel with breakfast included. At the hotel I was then told that breakfast was not served until 7:30 a.m. Unfortunately that was too late for me. When I asked, the staff were unable to offer breakfast at 6:30 a.m. There was only a cup of coffee. That was very disappointing as I had to leave early."
