"Overall, the room is okay and clean. But, unfortunately not enough facilities in the room such as hair dryer, mini fridge, proper ironboard (our room got quite bad ironboard. Atleast, please put a new ironing cover)."

"1 really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Even though it’s a small hotel located in a small, quiet town, it felt very welcoming and comfortable. I was greeted by two front desk girls who were polite, cheerful, and extremely helpful. They truly made a great first impression, and I sincerely hope the hotel management takes good care of them. The room condition was very satisfying — clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious for a budget hotel. One thoughtful touch that deserves special mention is the prayer room (surau) provided, complete with clean prayer mats available at the lobby. This is a great effort by the hotel and something worth setting as an example for others. The shower pressure was strong and refreshing — honestly, no need for hot water anyway, this is Malaysia 😄. Parking was ample and convenient. Feeling hungry and lazy? You can easily grab instant noodles or coffee at the lobby. Feeling a bit more adventurous? Just drive/ride left or right from the hotel and you’ll find plenty of food options nearby. If I ever come back to Jerantut, this hotel will definitely be on my list again"

"We stayed at the XCape Resort for two days as part of a tour and were glad that it was only two days. We are certainly not demanding and were not expecting a luxury hotel, but the XCape Resort is very simple and primitive. The breakfast is not worth the name. The rooms are very old and simple, the bathroom dirty and just plain unhygienic."

"Chalet with beautiful nature around. Nice stay to escape from busy city life. Many activities around the hotel such as river cruising by the boat, jungle trekking,night safari and others. The room is in old fashioned style without the TV but it’s okay thus you can enjoy the nature around."

"A conveniently located and cozy hotel. We stayed in a separate house, completely quiet and private. The river is a short walk away, passing shops where you can buy drinks and some groceries. There are also several local eateries. The hosts are very friendly. The room is clean and air-conditioned. The hosts brought bottled water every day. We really enjoyed our stay.
