Hotel is quite nice for a business trip. Good western breakfast. The only think I didn't like it's that room was a little hot and the central air conditioning was off.

This hotel is very comparable to international brands and is value for money. The room was nicely decorated and very clean. There was a good view of the South Lake. The staff was friendly and responsive. They provided fruit every evening for the nightly turndown service. There was a special toiletry set for my children. The breakfast spread was good. Modern hotel at a convenient location, easily found. Bed, bathroom, sofa were all good. Breakfast at the top floor in the rotating restaurant with views over Jiaxing. Wish there was a basic ironing board but they provided a steam device on request.

The Diamond New Century Grand Hotel in Jiaxing is a truly perfect hotel! The environment and location are first-rate, making it convenient to everything. It's across from the Catholic Church and the ruins of the inner city. Yuehe Old Street is a 1-kilometer walk, and the Nanhu Scenic Area is 2 kilometers away. The stay was fantastic! The front desk was welcoming and patient. CC proactively upgraded my room upon check-in. Seeing that there were elderly people in our group, they offered to provide non-slip slippers and loan us elderly-friendly tools, which was highly appreciated. I specifically chose the Daimengde Kaiyuan Mingdu Hotel for my trip to Jiaxing. The experience was fantastic! The room was spacious and clean, the bed was super comfortable, and the toiletries were very high-quality. The front desk lady DD was extremely friendly, and the check-in was super fast. This hotel is fantastic. The location is great, right across from the church, and you can see the church from your room. The room is large, with a sofa, a comfortable bed, and a clean bathroom. Welcome fruit was provided. The front desk employee, D, was very attentive and handled the formalities quickly. They even gave me a small gift when I checked out. I booked a deluxe king room. The hotel is right on the road, with convenient parking. I contacted them a day in advance and they provided butler service.
