The internal phone line in the hotel couldn't be reached at all, so I had to look for contact information on the platform. I left the contact information of two people, but one of them was not in the hotel at all. I had to go downstairs to the front desk and ask her to help us change rooms. It turned out that the front desk didn't know which room it was. I can change, but I’m not familiar with the business at all. I was asked to go upstairs and ask the cleaning lady if she knew. I was really speechless. In the end, the cleaning lady helped us change the room. But after I went to the front desk to change the room card, there was The guest kept getting stuck in the elevator. I originally wanted to take the stairs from the fire escape, but the front desk said no. I was really angry and laughed. There was also the outrageous robot delivering food. The doorbell didn't ring and the landline didn't ring. The robot just stopped. I stayed in the lobby with my meal for another half an hour. After contacting the front desk, we asked the robot to deliver it again. I thought once and forget it, but the result was three times. The front desk made no apology as if it had nothing to do with him and had no sense of service. , really speechless..."
