Nice place to stay, friendly hotel staff. Need to a pay for subsidised parking though.

very very bad I will not visit again , the employee let me wait around 15 minutes to receive the room card , and When I got in the room , it was connecting room and becuse my 4 years son try to open the other conecting room door the other guest made us trouble and kick the door and start shouting and when I asked the responsible employee to change my room he said all the room sold out and he can not do anything to me and he can take us outside of hotel and we should pay for the other room and other thing they do not have free parking we paid 14 dollor , this hotel should be 1 star not 4 very bad

The hotel is clean, and the front desk is very kind. Breakfast is fine.

Heard reviews of car thefts at the parking lot that got us worried but there was none of it during our stay. Car park was pretty well lit. The room we got initially had a broken door that couldn’t lock so we had to pack up and move to another room. Happy that the hotel upgraded us a suite as they were not able to find a room that had the same layout as the one we booked.

Only stayed for a night on the way to Vancouver. Easy check in, Comfortable beds and nice shower. Would recommend if booking in advance and price is ok.

I went there at end of March and the hotel was under renovation. The room was just simple. I found that they didn’t have enough man power and the privacy of the room is low because I could hear what ppl did in the next door while sleeping at mid-night. I had to call the reception twice in order to get the things I need such as toothbrush, hair dryer, etc.

I rarely write bad reviews for hotels, but this is the most unsatisfactory Hilton I have ever stayed in. First of all, the hotel is very old, and there are many basic things in the room. I called the front desk to help send slippers and toothbrushes, but I was told that the hotel had no toothbrushes and slippers. I have never seen a hotel run out of two things in a row? ? The next morning, we planned to eat some fruit in the room and asked the housekeeping to send knives and forks, but we were told that the disposable knives and forks were also gone. I asked why you didn’t have anything you asked for. I asked for a toothbrush yesterday and they said they didn’t have it. Then they said that the person who was there yesterday was not familiar with me and said that there was a toothbrush and they would send it to me. The management of this hotel is really too messy! In addition, there is a very strong smell in the gym. I felt dizzy after entering for a few minutes. In general, don’t book this hotel! It is not worth it for this price! !

A very good experience. I will stay here again next time I visit. The environment is comfortable, the breakfast is delicious, and the whole experience is very good I will introduce it to my friends, I believe they will also like it very much

Front desk service is good

It's perfect and the service is good. The parking lot is small, so you have to park across the street from the hotel, but it's not a problem because the staff explains things well.
