SCAPES Hotel

Second time staying at Scapes! Would recommend it to friends & family for its affordable price and comfortable stay! Although location wise it’s about 1-2km inside but it was alright for us since we drove. Free parking is a plus! One thing worth mentioning was the breakfast! Although not a wide spread but the food was good! Especially the freshly baked croissants and pain au chocolate (so good I had 3)! The nasi lemak with sambal was good as well!

as a returning guest, we booked 4 rooms in total this round. while it is not possible to have all 4 rooms connected, the hotel managed to give 2 connecting rooms on different floors. The room is clean with complete amenities provided, including tooth brush, coffee/tea, slippers and all that you'd expect in a decent good hotel. thumbs up for this! they even upgraded one of the room to triple room which is just so perfect for me as I was traveling with my kid. the room size is decent, nice interior, the bedding is of good quality, we had a very restful night here. The pool is warm and comfortable to swim. but the mini pebble pool edges finishing is quite sharp and may hurt, which is pretty uncommon. please take note. the only drawback is the location- it's 5 mins drive from the midhill commercial area, but that's not an issue if you have your own car. overall it's super VALUE FOR MONEY! keep it up Scapes!

Cool place, good food and clean. A bit far from the town, if you are bringing a car parking will be provided if don't a bit hard to find a grab however shuttle provided

Overall is ok, hotel environment is cozy Drainage system in the shower can be improved, flooded when showering 😅

All acceptable except there is a super loud fire alarm announcement at 1.40am in the midnight, when I was in deep sleeping. After being scared, I was totally awake until next morning. Breakfast buffet spread is normal. Soundproofing need to be improved.

Great hotel overall. Rooms are comfortable, water pressure is good. Enjoyed the food at Lemon3. Definitely recommended.

Had a pleasant stay. Clean spacious room. 2 queen-sized comfy beds and double pillows which was very good and can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children (below 10). Toilet is clean and water pressure is very good. Reception was very kind to allow us early check-in as the room was available. Buffet breakfast, though being the usual spread, it was very tasty and nice. Croissant and choc roll pastry was excellent! Underground parking is aplenty. Negative : - The road to the hotel has potholes due to the renovation nearby, drive carefully - Room sound insulation is poor - Swimming pool can be overcrowded due to sharing with the residential apartments - Initially the shower water outlet was clogged causing the water to flow out to the room. But the maintenance sorted it out immediately - The toilet door can be quite dangerous, it came out once from the railing. Guests need to be careful to open and shut the toilet door gently. Hope the Hotel can look into this aspect for safety. - None of the telephony services from room to call the reception or housekeeping worked. No one picks up!! Had to look for housekeeping staff at the same level to escalate some of the issues faced. Thank you to staff Masud who was very helpful. - Our room being at 2nd floor had limited views.

Location: it's quite far in, no street lights, lots of construction around so road not smooth. Service: didn't use so can't rate. Amenities: didn't use so can't rate. Booked with late cek-out 1500 hrs. During cek-in, asked hotel staff if my late cek-out is confirmed & he said yes. However, on cek-out date b4 1230, housekeeping knocked on door to ask if we cek-out later or extend stay. I mentioned that my cek-out is 1500 hrs. He asked if I've informed front desk & I said I confirmed during cek-in. Also requested for quiet room. My room opposite lift & there were kids playing at that area PM & next AM, neighbours were talking quite loudly can hear thru the connecting door.
