"We were a group of 16 people, wanting to end the year 2025 and welcome 2026 in a big way. We chose to stay at this property as it was new and had an apartment ambience. The facilities in the hotel, open jacuzzi, steam and sauna, pool were unforgettable. The food was delicious, special mention of Chef Deepak Sharma for preparing sumptuous meals. The breakfast is noteworthy of a special mention. The free shuttle service from the hotel to the lakeside adds another feather in the service."

"We stayed at this resort some time ago. While the location and natural surroundings are truly stunning, the road leading to the property is in poor condition and needs serious improvement. The reception staff appear to lack proper hospitality training. There’s a noticeable gap in both knowledge and professionalism, which affects the overall guest experience. In the hospitality industry, guest satisfaction should be the highest priority — unfortunately, that sense of care and attentiveness was missing. If guests aren’t happy, it raises serious concerns about the long-term prospects of the business, something the management shouldn’t overlook. The room was clean and well-equipped with the basics. However, breakfast offered only a limited selection, and the food quality didn’t quite justify the menu prices. Thank you."

"A calm and beautiful hotel in Pokhara. We really liked the design of the hotel with a bright and airy staircase leading up to a bar area with pool (in summer) and rooftop sitting area. Excellent view over the lake. Very quiet during our stay. There is a monastery a 5 minute walk away that offers yoga, meditation and sound healing. The breakfast is simple but plentiful and the barista made coffee was a highlight. Excellent service with a welcome drink and staff to carry our bags. Would stay here again!"

Many rooms also offer a beautiful view of the snow-covered mountains near Pokhara, which is a special atmosphere. The staff are professional, attentive, and consistently helpful. They are proactive in supporting guests with any request, whether it concerns local information, logistics, or practical arrangements. This makes the entire stay smooth and stress-free. The hotel also provides services that are especially valuable for trekking guests. Laundry service is efficient and fairly priced. In addition, the hotel offers secure luggage storage for guests who are going on a trek. All additional services were handled in a very organized way."
Bishnu Homestay
"We stayed a month with Bishnu and his family at his wonderful homestay. It’s the second time we have stayed here, and we would not choose anywhere else in Pokhara. With two beautiful new rooms on the rooftop recently opened as well, this is one of the most special places you will have the pleasure to stay at. The rooms are big, comfortable, very clean and all have en suit bathroom with wonderful hot shower. The area is just out of Lakeside, easy walking distance but away from the noise. The village has a good supermarket and Awesome Restaurant is a few hundred metres away with great food. Bishnu and Laxmi will make you breakfast if you ask, and Laxmi’s millet pancakes are the best in Pokhara. They have great WiFi for working as we were often doing online work while staying. The area is safe and the homestay is secure for solo female travellers. Bishnu organised our Poon Hill trek with a wonderful guide, and he can organise any activities you like. He also works for an education charity called Peak Education Nepal. If you want to visit a local school or volunteer he can also arrange that."
