Iron and board the outside. Everything is worth the price Just one of the things that can be improved 1. The lobby and stairs smell musty and unpleasant. There should be good ventilation to remove the smell 2. The outside window has a lot of fungus, it's funny to see, had to close the curtains 3. The air cond is not very cold"

"Your reception service is too bad.Just imagine we came from Jb and arrived at your place at 3am and unfortunately we are cashless but your staff asked we to search any ATM around that area to pay for security money.All bank are closed with roll shutter door and we need to go far to Bukit Tinggi area.There's no tolerance from your staff to asked we who was come from far n had long journey then search ATM and withdraw cash.I know it is your SOP but at least you can let us check in 1st then you can collect money at morning.Tq"
