Location is good, but room is small. Love the bathroom design. Breakfast is basic - was expecting more and better options considering the price paid for. Glad to find the airport limousine stop very nearby the hotel for Kansai airport.

There is a big public hotspring area with different types of hotspring pools to choose from. Also a private pool for hotel guests only. Our family had a really good time staying in this hotel.
