**1/5 - TOTAL RIP OFF!** Avoid this beach bungalow – ancient rooms, zero amenities, and UGLY decor. Way overpriced for a stone-age stay! 💔 Air conditioners don't work and the reception is far down on the beach enjoy hauling your luggage The price does not match what you get you can get something a lot better for this price range in Koh Samui

Perfect location, not in the bisy side of Chaweng what made feel relax. Verry close to the beach, 100 meter.

Great location

Stayed here for 1 night. Bed and pillows are super comfy! But! The air condition is too noisy, couldnt sleep with it working. Without it you are sweating...Also there is a bar or club nearby and i could hear the bass coming through the walls till about 2 am. So for 1 or 2 nights its ok, but wouldnt recommend it for longer.

The room was amazing and the people at the reception very friendly. The biggest drawback is the location, can't reach by walk the main area.

Very old hotel. It needs a lot of renovation. Everything is outdated.

Good location on Chaweng beach not too lound from party good for rest good bed and clean

We stayed in the beach bungalows but be aware that even though the photos could look like they are directly on the beach, the bungalows are not directly on the beach but maybe a 2 minute walk- still very convenient! Big rooms. The beach side pool is beautiful. The beach side restaurant was very affordable and delicious. Not near the centre of Koh Samui but good if you just want beach and pool. Nearby restaurants are lovely too. A shop located 3 minute walk away with anything you could need.

Hi, That was are second time to be guest of this hotel and after 9 years nothing changed .Rooms very dark with little amount of light . Swimming pool's are closed after 20:00 .For the time being this hotel is off dated .When owner will decide to do some renovation I can go back there. Regards  Dawid

we stayed only for 1 night before our flight back : but would definitely stay here again, rooms a little tired , but clean and comfortable: little walk to main part of the busy part of town : but possibly only for better Close to the beach, and shop, and some great, not overpriced reataurants.

Everything is good, will come back stay again ..

The location is at the tail end of Chaweng and quite far from the main *****. The room was very dated and disappointing. The bed and mattress was not comfortable. The patio/outdoor seating was awful and old. Only saving point was the awesome view. Will not recommend this hotel and will never return.

What you need to know! It's essential to have a car as not everything is close by on foot, there's at least a 30-minute walk before you get to the food market, 10 minutes from the 7-even, apart from that the staff are top-notch and the view of the sea is just beautiful.
