I booked the hotel as it was near the VAC centre (hardly 500 m). Everything at the hotel was up to the Mark! The location is great. The room and specially washroom was neat and clean. The standard room was good for me as a solo traveller, but may be a little small in space if you are looking for a spacious setting. The food at the hotel was great. I would suggest add the breakfast option as it won't make much difference in the price, yet you will get nice breakfast to start the day. I had booked my stay for 1 day initially as I wasn't sure if I would like it based on the reviews, but I extended it to 1 more day as everything was perfect.

The room was spacious and clean with twin beds. Staff is very humble. The food was nice. The hotel is located conveniently. My luggage was allowed to be kept even after the check out. Overall the hotel is good worth the cost.

It was a short stay but hotel facilities were very good. Food and Hospitality was really good too. I loved the stay at The Mark

hotel was in very conjusted area food quality is not good, Tea bags, milk powder is also provide less (3) at the time of lunch we order our lunch when service person came with 2 plates no bowl, i ask him for that he replay me you are not told me about bowl. how we can eat dal without bowl then after 10 minutes he came with bowl, very very poor room service

I had a wonderful stay at Mark Hotel. The service was excellent and the staff were very courteous and attentive. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The food was delicious with a good variety of options. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the market, which made getting around easy.

Almost closed to good, food menu can be diversified & enhanced..! Basic amenities & utilities can be improved with conformance.

The hotel is at really great location. The rooms are great size and very clean. Staffs are very helpful.
