Great Polonia Kraków Old Town

The location is close to the central square. Cobweb and clump of dust under furniture. There were remains of garbage (empty garbage containers, under the bed and in the rooms). I even came across a spider walking in the room. I had to kill it and I showed all this to those responsible for the Hotel. On the first day I found the room bin full as it was not changed from the previous customer. The air conditioning is old and bad. It doesn't even refresh the room, so when complaining, the hotel's solution was for me to open the window. I slept very hot. Breakfast is average, with 2 options of industrialized juices, with a taste of powdered juice. I requested orange juice and then they started making it available, but it was industrialized juice. The towel warmer in the bathroom did not work. One chair in the room had a broken back. The hair dryer only worked if I pressed the button to turn it on really hard, because if I press it normally it doesn't turn on. Bathroom box makes a lot of noise when opening and closing and is extremely small. Uber cannot reach the hotel door, as there is a delimitation of the departures area, so you need to walk 2 blocks with heavy bags to the meeting point. To redeem themselves from the countless problems, they gave me wine and chocolate, but I will NEVER come back. The hotel informed me that the next day they would fix everything, but I asked them to change my room at that moment, so they said they could do that, however. I asked them to fix it the next day. When I came back from my tour the air conditioning was the same, because all their rooms have this old air conditioning.
