Although I saw some bad reviews of this hotel yet, I need to find out whether it is true.. definitely not. This is a truly 5-star hotel that provides you with good food , stay,and service first. I hope I am able to go every year again and again.

Superb superb hotel and service, celebrated my anniversary and was not disappointed. Room is incredibly huge and views were amazing, would definitely come back here next time and highly recommended for everyone!

I had a very wonderful birthday staycation at the hotel. The room was very spacious and came with beautiful tub and separate toilet and shower.Had a cake and some balloons ready as it was my birthday.Loved the view of the room that i was able to capture memorable pictures.The breakfast buffet was fantastic with various choices of foods.Overall, it was great and value for money.Thank you The Majestic Hotel KL 🫶

This is the third time we’re staying in Majestic Hotels. The checkin process is very very slow this time and the bed sheet and pillow case are all very yellowish with uneven stains. The most unpleasant experience.
And we’ve accidentally left few pieces of clothes in the closet, called to hotel after checkout and they said I can collect from the reception. But when I reached, I was asked to wait at lobby and they seems no clue where those clothes are.

An issue we encountered during our stay in room [513]. The bathtub was not functioning properly, as the water subsided without our knowledge, making it impossible to enjoy the facilities as expected.

Got the perfect corner room to celebrate new year without having to join the crowd in the middle of the city. Enjoyed the breakfast spread, the room is clean and nice and comfortable. TV does not offer many options for us but we made do with the Wi-Fi. And they also charge us RM15 for parking despite having their own basement parking under the hotel building which I find very absurd.

We got a corner room and our room category is Deluxe King. I must say the view was okay and acceptable and daylighting was good due to the big glass of the room. But, the soundproof was terrible. Couldn’t get a good sleep throughout the night. The room was good, but hygiene could be improved. Found hair in my bathtub and stain on my toilet bowl, sheets. Shower head coating went off. Their average service level was good, however some of their staffs were not attentive and lack of initiative to community with customers. Sorry to say, but some staffs had body odour which reduce the whole experience. Breakfast option was not balanced and most of them are carbs.

very good location for travelling in Kuala Lumpur, the breakfast prepared by hotel was amazing and tasted great. We are satisfied with the service .
