Do not stay at this hotel. The room was ok but had some issues straight away - not enough towels and when I used the big shower head, it was broken and sprayed out the top onto the ceiling. During our stay the room keycard stopped working three times which was an inconvenience every time. They also messed up our check in on the first day and they had to rescan all of our documents on the second day. DO NOT THINK THE POOL PICTURES ARE REAL. Only 1 of the 3 pools have water and the 1 pool that does have water is VERY dirty as seen in the pictures. Here on trip it says the pool is open from 7:30am - 10:30pm, the sign outside the pool says 6am - 10:30pm. But in reality the pool is only open from 7:30pm - 10:30pm. And even then I don’t think I’d be wanting to use the dirty pool. Overall an awful experience and do not recommend the hotel to anyone!!!
When I arrived I was told that the pool was under maintenance, which was the main reason I booked this hotel. The gym was also very basic. Breakfast was very average, but the staff were nice.
The maintenance of the pool facilities should have been highlighted prior to booking.

Great little spot at a convinent location. The pool always looks like it would be fun but its never open when we have time to go. Anyway, still a good chice for that area. They three bed room is huge and a good option for a big family.

The room was large and great. It came with breakfast and a hot spring bath. My kids loved it. It was very cost-effective. There were also convenient restaurants and parking nearby. The front desk could also receive parcels, which solved some of my travel problems.

The hotel has a rich breakfast, a large parking lot, and many snacks nearby. The parking security uncle is very nice. He called me to remind me when I forgot to close the car door. There is also a swimming pool for swimming at 6:30 every afternoon.

While there's no subway nearby, the hotel's location is very convenient. The triple room was quite large, and the service was excellent.

The room was awful, with two holes in the sheets and outdated amenities. The air conditioner wasn't working. I told the front desk, and they told me to fix it, but no one came! The hotel environment was also terrible. There's a recycling station next to it, and there were lots of small flying insects in the room! The breakfast wasn't very varied, and the lady who cooked the rice noodles had a terrible attitude. I tried to talk to her, but she ignored me. I told her several times, but she still ignored me! The front desk service was friendly and professional, and I received a free room upgrade. The room was spacious and bright, and surprisingly had a small terrace.
