位置一流，走路十多分鐘就能到達滇池，喂喂海鷗，看看滇池，很愜意。酒店自身環境也很好，中間是一個很大的湖，各種亭台水榭，景色優美，還有很多水鳥棲息於此。昆明還是温暖如春，中午的時候穿短袖都可以，真是不枉春城美譽。

位置還不錯，離海埂大壩、民族村這些地方都很近，周邊也都是酒店，吃的也多，就是春節期間很多都沒營業。酒店價格還行，在春節旺季也漲的不多，好多都是翻倍或者幾倍，這家還算地道，衹漲了一倍，比較有性價比。
這裡是幹部療養院，屬於比較老的那種酒店，設施啥的略顯陳舊，但整體還是比較乾淨整潔，隔音啥的也還不錯。停車費也很便宜，對外停車也才兩塊錢一個小時。
美中不足就是可能是旅遊團的指定酒店的原因，一個是前台辦理入住的時候剛好遇到有團的辦理，兩個前台工作人員衹有一個人在辦理，等了快半小時才辦完，看到還有一個人閑着的還去問了一下看他們能不能同時處理結果態度不是很好，還有一點就是早餐結束太早，九點去餐廳吃早飯居然説八點半就結束了，辦理入住的時候前台也沒有説。正常住酒店早餐都是十點或者九點半結束。退房的時候也是早上八點去前台居然一個人都沒得，留了個緊急聯繫電話，打了半天沒人接，衹有退房時把卡放在前台走了……

因為想去滇池看海鷗就近選擇這家酒店，離西山，海埂大壩很近，而且這家酒店的環境很不錯。

這個酒店以前應該是療養院吧，園林佈局，佔地面積挺大的，設備設施很老了，好在布草還是挺乾淨的，酒店離海埂大壩比較近，散步的話20分鐘，每天去喂個海鷗，挺解壓的。

我們18:00到酒店辦理完入住，18:30分，安排給我們的房間居然還沒有打掃！
滿地的垃圾、桌子上的蛋糕、頭髮、床上的的一片血跡……
強行要求服務員換了房間，住着心裏還是膈應的慌！
酒店沒有吃晚餐的地方，早餐餐廳在晚上不對外營業，不提供服務！方圓1000米內沒有可以吃飯的餐廳。
酒店外部環境不錯，就是感受不到有任何服務。
早餐檔次很低，能吃的東西不多，口感一般般。
以後不會再考慮這家酒店。

住了個園景房，環境還是不錯的，就是房間不隔音，窗簾不遮光，馬路上過路説話都能聽見，反正休息不好，不過這個價格這樣也還好。
唯一非常非常非常不滿意的是早餐，就一個小時，八點到九點，種類少不説，還態度語氣那些都不好，這種酒店，寧願不要訂含早的，完全浪費

衞生不錯，沒有什麼特別明顯的問題
環境很棒，在一個園林裏，中間是個湖，很安靜
服務挺好的，出現問題也積極解決，個別人員溝通能力有待加強。
設施完善齊全，老一點的房區可能燈光偏暗了一點。
