Clean - Stragic location for tourist. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Will come back again.

This place is beautiful. It has the IG worthy spot if you're looking out to take great pictures! There are some nearby shops and restaurants to dine in too! Overall, the service from this hotel is great!

Great hidden Gem in the heart of Kunming old town!!! Very minimalistic design with a touch of South East Asian tropic feel. Very friendly staff as they are more than happy to help you just about anything you need… location is perfect as it is next to the old town with a great selection of food and nightlife… highly recommend for solo travellers as well as families.

I’ll start with the positive. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The cafe space is beautiful and the coffee was great. I would recommend the cafe on a sunny day with the option of sitting inside or out. The hotel overall is run down. Signs are falling off, stains on the walls and the stairs was unkempt. I booked a non-smoking room. The room itself looked very aesthetically pleasing, however, the room stank of stale smoke. The bedsheets were clean, but smelled of smoke and were torn. The floor was disgraceful. It had not been cleaned. There was dirt, seeds, hair and more in the hallway, bathroom, by the bed etc. The shower was not in good quality and the walls of the bathroom had terrible stains running down them. The toiletries were all new, so it was evident that the cleaners had come. The glassware however was dirty on arrival. The gym is not as advertised and was located at the entrance behind glass and a falling wall. Not functional. Overall I was very disappointed with the hotel. I would not recommend staying at the hotel, but the cafe on the 3rd floor was nice (there is no cafe on the 1st floor).

The location of the hotel is good and the aesthetics of the hotel facade looks great. Room is big as well. However, in the room we stayed, there is a smell (a little woody/ smoke smell). Our aircon couldn’t work as well but the receptionist gave us portable fan to make do with it. Overall, it was an okay stay.

Booked this place the night before checking in because the previous place I booked was just disappointing. Latosol service, location, room and everything was amazing!! Definitely worth the money.

Nice place in the center of Kunming. Hotel is cute and very convenient for city walk 🥰
