The hotel is in a good location, very close to Kunming Botanical Garden and next to Yunnan Agricultural University. The environment of the Agricultural University is not inferior to that of the Botanical Garden, with green trees and a good place for walking. Although the hotel is a certain age, it is well maintained and does not feel old at all. It is clean and tidy. The flower arrangements and landscape shapes everywhere are very artistic. The service is also very good. Every employee I met greeted me with a smile. I especially want to praise the housekeeper Xiao Yang. The thoughtful service left us a good impression. He arranged fruit yogurt on time every day and kept asking us if we needed anything. After a day, we seemed to have become old friends. We couldn't help but greet each other enthusiastically when we met, because I felt that Xiao Yang wanted to provide us with better service from the bottom of his heart. This sincerity is something I have never felt in other hotels. In addition, the hotel restaurant is really delicious and highly recommended. For this reason, we stayed for another day.

The hotel is in an ideal location—it’s only a 5-minute walk to Jinxing station. Tongde Kunming Plaza (TKP), a large shopping center with a wide variety of dining options, is only one stop away. There’s a convenience store located just across from the hotel as well. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and polite. I really like the furnishing of the room. It was modern, clean, and spacious. The bed is very comfortable too.

Review: I've traveled extensively across China on business, and my overall experience with Wyndham Hotels has been disappointing. 1. The newly renovated hotel has a fairly large room, but the decor is quite smelly. I felt uncomfortable checking in on my first day. I called the front desk to inquire about an air purifier, a standard feature in star-rated hotels. They couldn't understand me (my first time). After several changes, the front desk staff couldn't understand what the customer was asking for. Basic training is needed. Air purifiers are essential for new hotels. 2. I wanted to get a water bill when I checked out. The front desk staff need training! One of them, probably new, had limited communication and comprehension skills, couldn't understand me (my second time), and didn't know how to operate the system. I waited about 15-20 minutes for a single bill. Even after changing staff, they still had to make changes multiple times, and each time, there were errors printed out for me to review. Doesn't Wyndham franchise have a standard training process or template? It's truly baffling! 3. Actually, many hotels across the country offer a 2:00 PM check-out time, but they can negotiate a later time if necessary. When I called the front desk, they were like robots...why bother calling to confirm? They kept saying there'd be a 200 RMB overtime charge! The location isn't great either, there's construction going on nearby at night, and the staff... well... Apologizing for poor service won't change the bad experience! Focus more on pre-job training and attention to detail!

Very good to live, go to the hotel selected for the exam. It is very close to Kunming No. 10 Middle School Baita Middle School. The boss is very enthusiastic at first sight. The boss is very good and gave a small gift. The room is super beautiful and the boss designed it himself. The bed is super soft and the bed is comfortable for the whole season. And bathing is also very convenient. It was very quiet at night, and you could also drink the tea made by the boss. The proprietress also decided to forget to wear the head next time. The hotel is located on Beijing Road in the city center. The rooms are spacious and bright, with a wide view. The bedding is also very comfortable. The hotel is very close to the subway entrance and convenient for travel. The elevator is a bit old, and it is shared with other floors where non-hotel residents live.

The room is comfortable, clean, sanitary and spacious. It is suitable for staying with children. The lady at the front desk is not only beautiful but also kind. She introduced us to the surrounding attractions in detail and gave us suggestions on where to go first and then where to go. This will save more time. There are buses and subways outside. It was a great stay experience. I will come again next time if I have the chance.

This actually wasn't my first choice of hotel，but then this hotel was a very much better option than what I chose previously. We arrived late like it's alrd 00.00 am, i text the contact person to make sure the location. You need to find the building as seen on pictures attached to help u find the hotel. It is like an apartment building like each floor is different entity, and it's no located directly by the side of the road but it's so close. The room is big enough for 4 person. Each floor has queen size bed and a toilet but higher floor only sink and toilet, lower is for shower etc. It is also equipped with washing machine with max 3.5kg, u need to buy ur own detergent i guess. If u wanna cook pls make sire first to the contact person because idk if it is okay or not since there are no kitchen utensils inside. Our room has city view so it is nice for sunset (and here sunset is abt 7pm up). Overall, it was a nice stay and smooth communication with the contact person.

I am extremely satisfied during my trip staying here. The place is sleek clean, just very good like the picture and got enough air circulation. There is a metro Station near the accomodation or you can just order transport online from there. The surrounding area also got very nice view and pleasant neighbourhood, it really makes me feel like at home. After long day walk and back to the accomodation it makes you really feel at ease. Lots of food and stores around, easy to buy things. Also, the housekeeper was really nice and helpful to us during our whole stay, very fast response. It just too bad we stayed too short here, we should have stayed longer. I can spend days enjoying the neighbourhood and going around Kunming. It is very lovely. Definitely will stay here again next time!

The room was spotless and well-equipped, with free mineral water and breakfast included! The housekeepers meticulously cleaned the room daily, and the front desk staff were friendly and patient. The value for money is fantastic, perfect for students and budget travelers!
