The hotel was very clean and the room was quiet spacious. Onsen was very good. The location was perfect just only 3 minutes walk to Yubatake. I really love it.

Nice and beautiful place. Can walk to yubatake. Room big and clean but bed quiet hard for me. Onsen is very hot temperature.

A really cosy hotel - most of the time I used Onsen by myself. Attention to detail is second to none! Great experience!

It’s a bit hard to get to the hotel from bus terminal if u have luggage with u as it’s a downslope to get to the hotel. There’s also isn’t any lift in the hotel so we have to carry our luggage up to the second floor. We realised when we checked out that there’s actually locker for the luggage at the ground floor. There’s only one type of water in their public onsen which is kind of disappointing as we have high expectations since it is an onsen town. The onsen water however is good. We do feel some difference before and after onsen. There’s also free coffee & hot chocolate drinks right outside the onsen area. It would be better if there’s ice water in the onsen area as the water can get very hot & especially when there’s no cold tub there. The room however is spacious with comfortable bed. There’s also a foot bath located at the ground floor of the hotel right beside the breakfast area.

Really spacious room & in room onsen was the best. Location was 5 mins away from the main walking street & anyone staying there MUST try a yakitori restaurant just beside the hotel. A gem in a hole.

The location is about five or six minutes away from the station and two or three minutes away from Yubatake. The hotel provides free breakfast and yukata. The yukata is very beautiful. The hotel hot spring is also very comfortable. The POLA toiletries set is used.

The location is good and the rooms are spacious.

It is a compact inn. We were able to relax on the sofa in the room with takeaway meals. The lounge at night had a great atmosphere. The bartender will help you choose a recommended drink. I ordered a local gin soda made from konnyaku yam. Breakfast was free and a light buffet. The bath is not large, so be careful only when it is crowded.

Clean and tidy, comfortable to stay at Fashionable decoration, you don't want to leave😆 After soaking in the hot spring, you can have a good workout. It's perfect for a vacation Slow down and enjoy the next vacation I will stay there for a few more nights if I have the chance

Never tried to soak your feet in the lobby atrium looking at the snowy scenery, very enjoyable ~ The first time I came to Kusatsu, I didn't expect it to snow and was covered by some snow. The snow turned into a big circle to find the entrance. haha
