Great pool, but better come before 8 am to be sure you have a sunbed. Nice small gym. Delicious breakfast and they change main dishes everyday, but have cleaning issues. The floor is not clean after their cleaning and I always find black hair in my room....I'm blondy, so cleaners leave their messages to me on the floor😄. Also it's a bit far from the sea, 10 minutes walking, and the road , as everywhere in Vietnam is not safe to cross, but to get to the seaside you must cross 3 roads. Also my room window was facing the....wall.

Overall good. But when the elevator broke, there were long queues. Overcrowded breakfast rooms. Very small food selection compared to other hotels.

Really good hotel, clean, close to the beach, and food. Friendly staff. Breakfast is good but hasn't good coffee.

location of the hotel is the best I think. so many Chinese stay here. the ranking of visitors in this hotel are Chinese, Korean, Russian.

The location is good. The breakfast is the worst. The management and facilities feel like a 3 star hotel.

These are what I experienced. 1. It took three phone calls and three staff visits over two hours to open a safe that was locked from the beginning. 2. I gave a staff a broken hanger. I didn’t want to keep broken stuff in the room. But she insisted that I keep it. Why????? Whatever. 3. And so many group tours. I was constantly surprised by their loud voices during the breakfasts. 4. I even saw 5-6 shirtless young men sitting in front of the hotel chatting. No one stopped them. I was shocked. 5. Those attitudes of staffs. I even held the elevator door and gave help for the staff delivering luggages. He thanked me, but he kept looking at the cell phone afterwards even when I got off before him. It somewhat felt disrespectful. And I left my bag on the first floor for a couple of hours before I check in. I am sorry I took some time handing you my bag. Was it irritation on your face? I am so sorry. I thought you were in a hospitality business. I booked 4 hotels over 8 nights in Nha Trang. This was the worst.

Hotel location is convenient. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Close to tourist spots - usually within 10 minutes by car. Lots of choices for breakfast. Rooftop sky bar & infinite pool are impressive.

My stay at Regalia Gold was amazing. Staff was super friendly and accommodating when I requested another room on a higher level due to the noise from the traffic outside. The buffet was really nice with a wide selection of items to choose from. The view and pool at the top made the stay complete - luxurious at an affordable price. Regalia Gold would be the place I'll choose to stay again when I visit Nha Trang. 😊

Breakfast lower than my expectation.

Really disappointed with the breakfast here. I went to the buffet around 9:30 AM and most of the food was cold not just lukewarm, but completely lacking heat even though it was still within breakfast hours. The pho was the worst part. The meat was so tough I couldn’t eat it, and the juices tasted watered down and warm. For a hotel that claims to be premium, this felt cheap and careless. Definitely not the standard I expected.

The location was great, and the room was a good size. Breakfast was decent, and the pool was nice too. Overall, it exceeded my expectations. The only downside was that the room window directly faced another hotel, offering absolutely no view. Both check-in and check-out processes were very quick.
