It triggers my OCD and sensory issues especially when they put small dessert spoons for food and table spoons for desserts (in most places in lhr) and I hate it. This is definitely going to be the place I’m visiting alone on the days I’m feeling like sh*t and alone in this city who gave me traumas, laughters, learnings and zero amount of people I could call my friends."

Overall, the service is attentive and considerate, the environment is comfortable and quiet, and the location is convenient for getting around. "Oban situated in Gulberg 3 Lahore, a well sort out area, with many shops near-by. The staff were polite and helpful. Saima at the front desk was great, we booked 3 different rooms and she even upgraded them. In total we stayed for 2 nights, room facilities included kettle, tea and also toothbrushes, shaving kit and soaps for hands and shower, clean towels, A/C rooms, fans, Tv with Netflix, Amazon Prime TV etc and also wifi. It also has a rooftop restaurant which is great. 10/10"

"Very disappointing experience — I would not recommend this property. The property had a strong raw-egg-like smell, and the room lacked basic amenities. More seriously, there were no proper locks or lockers/safes in the room, creating a genuine concern about the security of personal belongings. The service was equally disappointing. The receptionist could not access Trip.com to verify my booking, so I had to arrange verification through Gmail myself. The staff were also unwelcoming and unhelpful, making the entire check-in and stay unnecessarily stressful. Overall, the combination of poor hygiene, unpleasant odor, inadequate facilities, serious security concerns, and poor service made this one of my worst accommodation experiences in Lahore. I strongly recommend checking other options before booking this property."
