The hotel is overall okay. The hotel and the rooms are clean and generally comfortable. My room was facing the road, which made it pretty loud. Also the service at the reception was ok, they seemed pretty stressed and just quickly checked me in and out. Not a very warm welcome. The location of the hotel is very pratical being close to the metro and the marina.

Excellent hotel with all the amenities, direct access to the sea is pleasing. Receptionists are very polite and sociable. the shower system in the bathroom doesn't work well, otherwise everything is fine 👌

I recently revisited this hotel after my initial positive experience, and while it was generally good, there were a few aspects that could be improved. One highlight was the pool, which was a fantastic place to unwind. The facilities, while not extraordinary, were well-maintained and provided a pleasant atmosphere. The second stay confirmed my positive impression of the hotel, particularly due to the inviting pool area. While there is room for improvement, my overall experience was good enough to bring me back for a second visit. If you're looking for a decent stay with a nice pool, this hotel might just fit the bill.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel itself is nice, but the staff are what made it fantastic—they were so helpful the whole time. The amenities are standard but everything was clean and in good order. The location worked well for me: you're sort of between the Marina and downtown. Each is about a 20-minute taxi ride away, which I preferred over figuring out the metro. A real highlight is the restaurant's terrace off the lobby—a perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening drink.

Honestly, great hotel! They gave us an upgrade to like suite room - wow it was big! You get to use two pools - the two Hilton hotels. Direct access to beach.

The hotel is located at a good location, close to JBR and there a few restaurants and supermarkets located within walking distance! Most of the staff are very nice and helpful, other than the lady who checked us in! She talked us into upgrading our room to the resident side with a balcony but failed to mention without a bath tub! She didn’t tell us until we already paid for! Now we are stuck into waiting for the whole refund process! As for the room we stayed in… the junior suite! The view is still very nice, still can see part of the marina! However, the room is very very dark! It doesn’t have enough lights! I can barely do my makeup at night even with all the lights on in the room! The bed was too soft for us but apparently you can ask the housekeeping staff to remove some topper to make it more comfortable! However, I do suggest you to bring your own pillows if you want decent sleep! They are way too soft! The hotel itself have very limited restaurants! One is the main restaurant located at the lobby! Breakfast options are decent! Another one is located at the 1st floor, is an Italian restaurant called Papa’s the food are amazing and delicious! However it is not part of the restaurant group!

Had a wonderful stay at Sofitel Dubai The Palm – truly a tropical paradise in the heart of Dubai. The room was luxurious with stunning sea views and a peaceful vibe. Loved the private beach, pools, and beautiful resort layout. The staff were friendly and the service was top-notch. Highly recommended for a relaxing and memorable getaway! This hotel is clearly a favorite among Russian families, owing to its good location, all-inclusive meals, and low price for three guests in a room. All signs and announcements in the hotel are duplicated in Russian. During our stay, a large group of about 20 Russian teenagers was also there. These were classic teenagers who seem to think that being noisy, smoking covertly in the bushes, and swearing makes them mature. At breakfast, most guests are families with small children, which generally gives the impression of being in a summer camp rather than a Dubai hotel. If you enjoy this kind of atmosphere, or if you have children, then it's worth staying here, as your child won't be bored alone. The hotel has parking. The entrance to the hotel is from the underground parking, which makes the lobby feel a bit uninviting. Check-in was quick. We checked in at 6 PM and missed lunch. We were offered to stay for lunch after check-out the next day and complimentary luggage storage at the reception. The food is buffet style. On one hand, it seems like there's everything: beef, fish, side dishes, fruits, vegetables, soup, desserts. On the other hand, nothing is cooked well: the beef is fatty and tough, and the fish is overly soft. For example, in the photo, the salad has a lot of green and black olives and just a few cucumbers and leaves. The taste is unbalanced, just bitter. If you add vegetables, they are there but chopped into large pieces. In the fruit salad, the melon is so tasteless that you have to pick it out. At breakfast, there's no regular sliced cheese for making sandwiches, only feta with herbs. The croissants are so stale, as if they've been sitting there for three days, even though they are regularly refilled during breakfast. Not a single dish made me want to go back for seconds. In the end, I didn't regret missing lunch and decided not to stay for lunch the next day. The pool officially operates until 8 PM, but at 7:30 PM, we couldn't swim as it was already closed. The spa has a hammam and a sauna. The hammam is quite cold, and while the sauna shows 90 degrees, it feels much cooler. The jacuzzi has no bubbles, either the button doesn't work, or it's designed that way. It's more like a hot water pool. The definite pros are the large room, good zoning into a bedroom and living room, and a spacious bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub. Also, there's a beautiful view of the Marina from the window, but no balcony. I stayed for one night and am unlikely to choose this place again. For the same price, there are many better hotels nearby for couples without children.
