I booked a double queen room for this trip, and honestly, I didn't have high expectations, but I was genuinely surprised the moment I opened the door. It's perfectly spacious for a family of four and more cost-effective than booking two separate rooms. The room was bright and roomy, and the cleanliness was impeccable. All the toiletries were disposable, which gave me peace of mind. The kids loved it too! The surrounding area is bustling with plenty of dining options. I highly recommend it to everyone!

The hotel is conveniently located near the business district, making it easy to get around and surrounded by numerous night markets. The room was clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was fast, though the shower was not very efficient. The front desk staff was friendly and attentive, and check-in and check-out were efficient. It's a great value and I'd definitely stay here again!

Excellent! The off-season price was good, but the hotel environment was truly amazing. The room was also very spacious, and most importantly, all the facilities were brand new, and the water pressure was great. There's both ground and underground parking available.

Due to a change in my travel plans, I extended my stay at this hotel for another day. Every front desk staff member was incredibly polite and always greeted me proactively. There are plenty of great restaurants around the hotel, and getting around is super convenient. It's also very close to the Mountain Resort, just a short walk away. The location is excellent, right in the city center, making it convenient to everything. There's also a shopping mall nearby.

The room facilities are quite old and business-style. The bathroom is old and not very clean. The hotel's soundproofing is poor, which is a significant minus. The front desk service was okay. Upon arrival, there were no rooms available, so they adjusted the room and let me move in directly. The room had a bathtub, but I didn't use it. Probably my favorite hotel of the trip, it was the low season and the hotel was pretty empty with staff aplenty hence the excellent service. It was clean and they even had complimentary dessert soup in the evening. Location was reasonable and there were plenty of eateries around. Definitely enjoyed my stay here!

The hotel is right in the city center, safe, clean, and very affordable during the off-season. It's really close to the Mountain Resort, just a short walk away. The lobby even offers hot tea, which is a really thoughtful touch. Charlie provided excellent and attentive service, and the front desk even gave us some snacks. Very satisfied!

So nice! The front desk service was attentive, and the room was spacious and clean. It had a sofa bed, which was perfect for three people. The breakfast was rich and delicious. The hotel's location is just right; nowhere is too far. The Imperial Summer Resort isn't crowded yet, so it would be even better to visit when the flowers bloom. The hotel also offers a shuttle service to the station, which is very thoughtful. The room rate isn't expensive and is acceptable. High value for money.

The attitude of the young lady at the front desk was super good. The room at the elevator entrance was originally set. I saw the children with me. I helped upgrade the room type for free and transferred to the sunny side. There was no breakfast in itself, and I also sent a breakfast coupon. I said that I would let the child drink some porridge and eat some hot food. It was super intimate. I thought that breakfast was a very simple porridge and egg roll.
