My stay in Ningbo this time was fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, patiently answering my questions and assisting with all my needs. They were attentive and thoughtful throughout my entire stay. The room was spotless and well-maintained, with no corner overlooked. The bedding was comfortable, and the cleaning staff were prompt, ensuring the room was fresh and tidy every time I returned. The view from the window was stunning and expansive, which really brightened my mood. The hotel itself was quiet and comfortable, conveniently located, and offered great value for money. The service was excellent, making us feel right at home. They offered tea during check-in and popcorn for the kids. When we returned late, they even brought us a sweet soup for the evening. The laundry service was also a great touch, allowing us to relax and enjoy our trip without worries.
The room was spacious, and it even had a large window-side tatami platform – big enough that you could sleep an extra person on it if you added a blanket. It's not far from the main attractions, and you can easily walk to them. Overall, I'd still recommend it.

The Holiday Inn Express is right next to the Crowne Plaza, sharing the same courtyard and parking garage. It's an economy hotel, quite simple and straightforward. The room was reasonably spacious and well-equipped, and the shower had good hot water pressure. The only thing is that the bathroom was internal, so it felt a little stuffy when first entering. The breakfast buffet was pretty standard, not particularly lavish, but it had all the basics, which is fair enough for an economy hotel.
The location is quite excellent. It's convenient for sightseeing; you can walk left out of the lobby for about half an hour to reach the Old Bund and the confluence of the three rivers. To the right, it's a five-minute walk to Chenghuang Temple, and if you cross a few streets and walk for about half an hour, you'll reach Moon Lake Park and Tianyi Pavilion Museum.

Let's start with the positives: the service was quite good, with all staff members being polite and friendly. Although the location seemed a bit out of the way, it's very close to the subway, making it convenient to visit Dongqian Lake or take a taxi to several attractions. The bed was also quite comfortable. However, what was unbearable was the soundproofing. During the May Day holiday, Ningbo's municipal construction was non-stop. Cement trucks started operating at 6 AM, and we could hear the construction noise crystal clear. The 'smart' Xiao Du speaker was overly sensitive, lighting up the screen and turning on the bathroom light at the slightest movement. We didn't dare ask it to turn off the lights or screen for fear of disturbing our family's sleep. The most unbearable thing was that the shower room was directly connected to the outside. Our junior high school-aged child found it incredibly inconvenient to change clothes due to the lack of a partition. What a 'genius' designer! The toilet and shower room were also transparent. The bathroom door was broken and took forever to open. Switching between hot and cold water was impossible; it was either scalding hot or freezing cold. The facilities simply don't match the service quality. The staff, however, were all great 👍

The location is fantastic, right in the Tianyi Square business district with tons of dining and shopping options nearby, super convenient. The Catholic Church and the popular 'cherry blossom' elevator are just next door, literally a 1-minute walk! The room, while small, had everything I needed and was spotlessly clean. Breakfast offered a good variety of items, including freshly made wontons and noodles. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Ningbo!

My first and last time to stay this hotel. I expect Atour is a good chain hotel in China because I had several good experiences with other Atour. This night was my nightmare. I’ve already had a bad sleep in red eye flight before staying in this hotel. This hotel even worse. The next room keep shouting and smoking. A lot of smoke come inside my room even window is closed. I call 2 times to reception to settle but still nobody settle that. I have to leave the room until I feel choking. I ask the reception to change another room. Very bad experience!
Hotel room is old, toilet shower screen cannot block the water to leak out. Mattress is extremely soft.

This hotel is located on the 14th floor of Tianyi Plaza shopping mall.
I initially booked a twin room, but found that it didn't have any real windows – only interior windows. There was even a balcony separating the window from the outside, so no sunlight could get in. The room was tiny and stuffy, completely unlike what was advertised.
The front desk staff, however, had a good service attitude.
After a rather complicated process, I eventually switched to a river-view king room. This room was also very small, and even though it had a 'real' window, it was still separated by a balcony. At that point, I just gave up on switching again. Unfortunately, the room's water system had issues. I suspect the water pressure wasn't sufficient and required an extra pump to activate.
Whenever I used the sink or flushed the toilet after using it, there was an extremely loud, booming noise, like an engine starting up. I could even hear the same noise when toilets on the floor above were flushed.
Apparently, the entire 14th floor is like this, and all the rooms have problems. The 15th and 16th floors don't have this noise issue, but they also lack interior windows.
Basically, every room in this hotel has some kind of problem. If you choose a room with a window, you have to put up with the incredibly loud noise. If you choose a room without a window (an interior window), you'll have to endure stuffy air and poor lighting.
Do NOT stay here!!!

On my vacation to Ningbo, this hotel exceeded all expectations! The service was excellent, the soundproofing was great, and room service delivered items quickly. The amenities were comprehensive, the shower was comfortable, and the room smelled fresh and was very clean. They even offer a 'Midnight Porridge' buffet from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM, featuring porridge, steamed buns, dumplings, and various side dishes – it was so comforting and thoughtful. Truly exceptional value for money!

I booked a one-night stay at your hotel for this trip, and overall, I had a very positive experience. First off, parking was convenient, and the hotel's location is excellent. It's within walking distance of attractions like Tianyi Pavilion, Old Bund, and Chenghuang Temple, or a short taxi ride away. There are also plenty of shops, restaurants, and commercial outlets nearby, making it easy to explore, dine, and shop. Lastly, the hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the service is great. My only minor comment is that the room in the South Building felt a bit small.

GGuest UserLocated in a village near Cicheng, it is about half an hour's drive from downtown Ningbo and about two hours from Shanghai. It is a quiet and convenient location.
The housekeeper will contact in advance to confirm the dinner and bathing time. The special bathing pool is by appointment, which is basically a private bath experience. It is very comfortable.
The restaurant tastes good, the stir-fried asparagus is very tender, and a bowl of glutinous rice balls was given when checking in during the Lantern Festival, which is very considerate.
It is very comfortable to stroll around the bamboo forest pond in the village in the morning. The rape flowers are about to bloom recently, and it is a good place for leisure and vacation.

Especially Miya, who always contacts me in advance before my check-in to reserve my preferred room.
The hotel breakfast is very good.
The hotel facilities are top-notch among domestic five-star hotels. The gym is huge, and there's also a sauna, yoga room, squash court, and a tennis court with a dedicated coach, which is very convenient.
The only downside is the slow Wi-Fi.
Personally, I think this hotel ranks first among all the five-star hotels in Ningbo for its overall offerings.

We booked a family room, which was spacious with a thoughtful layout, and very clean and tidy. The bedding was soft and comfortable. The facilities were new and complete, with a smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a mini-fridge – everything you need. Breakfast offered both Chinese and Western options, incorporating local specialties, and tasted delicious. A big shout-out to all the staff, from the front desk to customer service and the restaurant staff – everyone was warm, attentive, and very responsive. We had a fantastic experience.

The hotel's surroundings are lovely, and you can easily walk to Yuehu Park and Tianyi Pavilion scenic area. Just a short walk out the main entrance and to the left is the metro station and train station entrance, making transportation incredibly convenient. The only minor drawback was that the faucet in the bathroom extended out a bit short from the wall, making it easy for water to splash onto the counter while washing up.

YyingyingI have always wanted to experience the Tree Frog Tribe, but unfortunately it is really difficult to book in summer. I am so lucky to be able to book the last two tree houses during the Spring Festival. The 3 days and 2 nights passed very quickly, and I was really reluctant to leave here. . The kind teachers and enthusiastic staff moved us every moment. The store manager of Tribe is professional and attentive. He has another identity as a barista. The coffee produced by the store manager is really delicious. Mr. Liu, who is in charge of the operation, always made us mistakenly think that he is a professional preschool teacher. He knows how to guide children very well and is very kind. She is very patient and takes good care of every child in the activities she leads. In the past few days, the children have experienced plant dyeing, went up the mountain to chop wood and set up a stove to light a fire, made their own glutinous rice dumplings, made a cabin, and spent time at night bonfire party, etc. I am very grateful that the B&B can arrange such rich activities for the children in winter.
Although I have just left, I am already looking forward to coming back here in the summer to experience a richer summer boutique camp. I will definitely come back here this summer.

The room was spacious, especially the bed, which was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was large, and even their clothes rack was high-end. The towels were nice too. There was Wi-Fi, a kettle, an elevator, and a room key. A truly excellent accommodation experience, and the price was very reasonable.
