There were only two or three tables occupied that day, yet the food service was incredibly slow. After we urged them twice, the server completely lost it, burst into tears, and asked why we were rushing her. She then declared she was quitting the next day, got into an argument with us, and even boasted that she was the highest-ranking person there and we could complain all we wanted! I truly don't understand how a single hotel can have both an excellent restaurant supervisor and a restaurant manager who goes crazy and yells at guests. The hiring standards of this hotel are truly astonishing. After this experience, I can only say I will try to avoid Pan Pacific hotels in the future. The baseline is just too low; I can't put up with that kind of treatment.

Good,clean, but be careful when choosing the room. I chose the cheapest room and it turned out the room was at the back of the hotel and it has no elevator with old building. The good one is at the new building which has higher price.
