Great breakfast, dinner @ Cremos restaurant for dinner was great. Another restaurant in the resort at Acro suites would be nice.
Location was a bit remote if you wanted to eat away rom resort.
Spa facilities were exceptional

LLINGThe seaside beach hotel, the environment is very good, you can stroll around the beach in the morning and evening, the transportation is also convenient, about 20 minutes from the airport, the hotel supporting dinner is very good, open until the early morning!

Very clean place , big spacious room, and wonderful view in the sea from balcony.
Easy way of check in and next to the bus station.

Very friendly people, always with a smile and pendling on what you need, the facilities very well located near the 300 mt beach, wonderful breakfast, had everything and for all tastes and the restaurant (taberna) all great and with fair price, pizzas, meat, salads, at the end 10/10

GGuest UserA good hotel, actually. Unfortunately, there are too many flaws. It definitely needs some remodeling, and the hotel has a lot of flaws in general. The food was okay, but I think more fish and Greek cuisine in general should be offered. The hotel guests, once again, are world-class, slapping their hands on their food, so EU travel is as usual. A rather European cliché. A huge resort, unfortunately, we were just handed the hotel card and that was it. They also give us an app where you can reserve restaurants, but unfortunately, we couldn't get a reservation for our 5-day stay because everything was already booked. Sunbeds were reserved by the pool, just like on the beach. The hotel staff was extremely friendly, which completely made the trip. I wouldn't visit this hotel again. The price/performance ratio was okay.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very suitable for a holiday. It has a beautiful environment, a swimming pool and a beautiful beach. It takes 15-20 minutes to drive to Knossos Palace and Museum. The staff are very warm and friendly. The breakfast is very rich. The dinner is a buffet, which is also very good. The next day There will be music and dance performances with Cretan characteristics. All in all, it is a very cost-effective hotel and the four of us are very satisfied. The only drawback is that the room facilities are a bit old and the water in the wash basin in one room is broken.
