One of the things we appreciated most was how comfortable the accommodation was. The beds were cozy, the living area was spacious, and everything felt clean and well cared for. It didn’t feel like a hotel room — it felt like a real home. The quiet surroundings made it easy to rest well, and waking up to such a serene environment was incredibly refreshing.
The kitchen was a big highlight for us. Being able to cook our own meals added so much warmth to the stay. Whether it was preparing a simple breakfast in the morning or enjoying a homemade dinner together, the kitchen was well-equipped and easy to use. HHarimauHutanWe had such a lovely stay at Villa Shion Biei. It’s not a hotel, but a beautiful private house, which made the whole experience feel extra cozy and special. The villa was clean, spacious, and very comfortable—perfect for a relaxing getaway.
The surroundings were stunning, especially with all the snow. It felt like staying in a peaceful winter wonderland, and we had so much fun playing in the snow right outside the house. Everything was well-prepared, and the stay felt very private and homely.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet, beautiful place to enjoy the snow and nature in Biei.

江江江01Very beautiful accommodation environment, the master's intention can be seen in the details. The room was clean and tidy, the breakfast was Western-style, and Hokkaido milk was delicious. Just beside the Ken&Mary tree, walk to the Meilong Station for 30 minutes, take a taxi for 970 yen, and also fight for the first stop on the road. Staying for two days, the first day happened to have a navel offering in Furano, so I rushed to Furano. After the event, I took the last JR car back to the United States. Before the departure, ask the landlord about how to call a taxi at night. The landlord told us that if there is no car, you can call Mr. Fang to drive to pick up. Unexpectedly, after leaving the station at night, there are still many taxis waiting outside the station, which is very pleasant. On the last day, take a taxi to Asahikawa Airport and the fare is 3,130 yen, which is acceptable.

Parking 🅿️is free although walk in dark quiet night but is safe. (Just 5min walk from parking 🅿️ to hotel lobby)
Room is very spacious & comfortable.
when booking with trip.com we requested 2 pillow each bed but they was forgotten
So we have to request from front desk
the staff immediately give us another extra pillow. The staff was very polite & nice.
And it was so warm to me as I was mistaken book a smoking room but did request for balcony Mountain View, luckily they email me & remind on which my room type so immediately we can respond don’t mind to pay extra money for nonsmoking & balcony room But they free to change our room without any extra cost.
The buffet breakfast is very delicious 😋

Qqls76It is a B&B run by a couple. It is clean and tidy. There is a bathroom in the room, but you have to go to the first floor to take a bath. The Western breakfast is good. It is about 3 kilometers away from Biei Station. When you arrive at Biei Station, call the landlord and he will come to pick you up. It will also be delivered to the station at some time.
Very good experience, recommended.

GGuest UserVery good value, including two meals, the ingredients are prepared by the proprietress herself. The boss also drove us to the jr station in the morning. The room was very warm and took a lot of photos. When we used to walk for about 40 minutes, it is recommended to take a taxi. The surrounding area is very deserted. Cool Meixuan is a fairy tale town

There is also space for parking outside. It is very comfortable. I highly recommend this accommodation. There is also a convenience store next to it where you can buy things, which is very convenient. I would like to visit here again!

There are 4 units in this building. One parking slot per unit is provided at the corner near unit 101.
This apartment offers a truly practical and comfortable base for exploring the area. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the basic utensils and cutlery for easy meal prep, and the welcome inclusion of instant slippers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste. The microwave was also super handy for quick snacks and reheats.
Comfort is well-managed with one air-conditioner that kept the unit at a pleasant temperature throughout our stay. The washing machine was a huge plus, and we found the designated drying area right above it in the toilet very efficient. The separate dining table was also a nice touch, providing a comfortable space for meals. 2 dryers are outside the building.
With two double beds, this unit is well-suited for small groups or families. We also enjoyed being able to link our Netflix account to the TV, which was great for unwinding in the evenings

Things to Note About the Location
The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, offering a peaceful atmosphere. While there aren't many eateries directly nearby, there are two convenience stores within easy reach. Do keep in mind that local supermarkets tend to close around 7 PM, so plan accordingly for groceries.
We found the area to be quite pleasant for getting around, with not many cars on the road. This makes it particularly fun to explore the town by bicycle, and there are several bicycle rental stores available if you're keen to pedal around.

YYanxiaojiuIt is a B&B run by ********* and speaks Chinese. Dinner and breakfast are charged separately. Dinner is 4,500 yen and breakfast is 1,500 yen. I went there once in autumn and winter, and the food has not changed. If you are staying consecutively or going there for the second time, it is recommended to inform the owner in advance, and they will update some dishes for you. The room is a bit old and the public bathroom on the first floor is not open. If you have a car at night, it’s very convenient to go to Shinei-no-oka to watch the stars!

KKobe FukaeThe hotel description did not capture the situation enough. I was confused due to lack of room pictures. They also posted several listing for different rooms under different hotel name section. But this room is perfect for us. The location is a bit far (if you are not used to walking) from the station but it is only around 7-9 minutes walking. The surrounding area is a quiet neighborhood. The building is new and very clean. It was also warm inside even when the weather forecast said -14 celcius outside. The japanese food they served was also very good. They provided free coffee/tea and water in common area. They also let us lent their microwave. The bathroom is only one but very clean and comfy. The room has its own mini fridge, ac, and tv. If you are wondering where to stay in Biei, I definitely recommend this place.
