Great location, clean room, and friendly staff. The facilities were excellent, and everything was well organized. Had a wonderful stay with friends and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The rooms are clean, the environment is beautiful, and the location is super convenient for finding food. Most importantly, it's very safe. This is my go-to hotel every month.

The hotel was very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The room was neat, and the overall stay was pleasant. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again.

It was so cool and good, but I’m not fully satisfied with the view. The TV was dusty and the bed was not very clean as well. But the reception and the overall place were really good.

- The stay was very comfortable overall, and everything was quite good. However, there are two things that need improvement: 1. You mentioned on the listing that it can accommodate 6 people. In reality, there are only 2 queen-size beds. The other two “single beds” are just thin mattresses placed on the floor, which are quite uncomfortable. 2. The sofa and beds should be cleaned properly, as there seem to be a lot of dust mites. My children slept on the beds, my wife slept on the floor mattress, and I slept sitting on the sofa. We checked in quite late, took a shower, and went straight to sleep. The next day, all of us were extremely itchy, like monkeys scratching non-stop. The ones who sat on the sofa had itchiness on the back of the thighs, and those who slept on the beds had very itchy hands. These two issues need improvement. Other than that, everything else was very good. Thank you.

Location is good & walking distance to Sunway Pyramid Hotel & Convention Centre. The room & washroom are small & functional, BUT I can hear a lot of noises from my 2nd floor & the room above. On my 2nd & 3rd night stays, I experienced 2 groups of inconsiderate guests: 1. Parents w 1 or 2 kids from same 2nd floor crying, playing &, talking loudly from 1-3am & all their noises can be heard clearly. Worst still, I had to call the receptionist 3-4 times on my 3rd night to ask the receptionist to speak to that group of guests to be a bit more considerate & lower their noise level before he came up. 2. The room above me always had noises like heavy things dropping or turning around the bed, which can be heard clearly too. 🤦♂️ Will give a 2.5 out of 5 stars due to the noises, including shower noise from the hotel room opposite mine on 2nd night + the inattentiveness by the night duty receptionist with numerous calls required. Other than the above, I think the morning duty receptionists are nice, understanding & accommodating. Do bring along your own slipper as it is not provided.

Wonderful stay for the night with family, big room with separate bathrooms which is a huge plus for me. Although the area is a bit quiet but you have convenient stores nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful. Great value for a short stay. Only downside is there's no heater for shower but everything else is top notch for a budget hotel.

My 4th or 5th time here. Tv broken. Shower head broken. Need to held by hand. Room is spacious got window 😃. The location is strategic. Restaurants & convenient store just few minutes walk. McDonald's at back. No lift & my room at 2nd floor.

This is a very cost-effective hotel, but it's too far from Sunway University. It's basically impossible to walk there. If you want to take a taxi to go shopping or school, it's actually not cost-effective because the taxi will cost more than 20 yuan. The facilities of this hotel are okay and relatively new, but there is a smell of paint and plastic decoration. It may have been a guesthouse of a football club. There is no one in charge, no staff on duty, and only a check-in and check-out machine. If you book on the platform, you will be charged the Malaysian ringgit tourism tax twice. Remember to ask the clerk to refund it, provided that you can find the clerk.
