It doesn't really look like a 4 stars hotel.
Service: inconsistent from different staff. A call from room to reception was either not being answered or picked up then hung up.
Parking: it is chargeable 😅
Facilities: Gym is small. Swimming pool only opens 7am to 7pm 😱
Hotel lifts don't serve to car park and required to change to another lifts. It is really inconvenient.
Morning not hot water for shower 😭
Breakfast: variety choices
Overall experience: bad for a 4 stars hotel. Not really worth the fee.

Stayed at this hotel for a business trip to KL. The atmosphere was really peaceful, and I'd highly recommend it if you enjoy golfing. The surroundings are fantastic, and the hotel rooms offer a golf course view. The breakfast selection was quite extensive. It's definitely a hotel I'd come back to for a second stay.

My overall experience during this stay was just okay. The room was a bit small, making it feel a little cramped. The room door and light switch were faulty; for the first two days, they were difficult to operate, and on the last day, the door got completely stuck, which was quite inconvenient. I've been staying here for over half a month this month, originally choosing to extend my stay for the gym and pool. However, due to these facility issues, this stay wasn't very pleasant. I hope the hotel can promptly inspect and maintain its facilities to improve the quality of future stays.

Hotel very clean even under the bed no dust. Staff very helpful. There’s lift easier for us with big luggages. Location is great, walking distance to Summit shopping mall, Damen Shopping mall, Giant grocery store and sport centre just above it, big Mydin all very nearby. There’s a metro nearby can go to KLCC too.

Been staying there for a few years when ever we go kl, sunway. It very clean, and the ppl are very courteous and friendly. And value for money..their family rooms are very large with 2 king sized beds. Location is ideal, just a short walk to Sunway Pyramid.

Few years back, it was stunning hotel I ever stayed. The last trip I went was disappointing when the hotel started to run down with the mouldy smell from the room itself, saw all wiring was in dust, coffee machine wasn't well maintained. Air conditioning not cooling enough cause me and my kids have a sleepless night. The next day, breakfast wasn't reaching expectation. The quality is going down, croissant hard as rock, thosai like mud, the nasi lemak sambal was over spicy, until they regain all the standard, I will not returning.

Just got back from Sunway Resort and it was absolutely amazing! 🥳 The staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. Breakfast was fantastic, with a huge variety of fruits, pastries, and both Western and Asian options – we were spoiled for choice every morning. 🍎🥐
The kids absolutely loved the children's pool with all its slides and water features; it was their personal paradise! 💦 The pool area is really well designed, allowing adults to relax nearby too.
The best part is the direct connection to the shopping mall. It's just a short walk away, making shopping, dining, and entertainment incredibly convenient! 🛍️🎬 It felt like everything was taken care of on this holiday. We'll definitely be back! 💯

Well located near Sunway Pyramid Mall, it's an easy walk as well so it's great for shoppers. Kind staff. The room isn't big. The TV wasn't working during our stay but it's not a deal breaker. The toilet is a wet toilet so the floor will be wet when you take a shower as there's no shower curtain or glass to keep the water in. I think there should be a proper place to hang the toilet roll as it's physically awkward to reach back and take it every time. Overall, it was a fine stay with good location near the mall.

GGuest UserThe Studio Suite did not match the photos shown online, and the overall condition of the unit felt poorly maintained, which made the experience very disappointing.
In the afternoon, the floor drain became clogged, causing water to back up and emit a strong, unpleasant odour that significantly affected the comfort and hygiene of our stay. I informed the owner promptly, and maintenance attended to the issue. The problem was resolved, and I appreciate the quick response and assistance provided in this matter.
However, there were several other unresolved issues. The water heater was not functioning properly. The water was slightly warm at first, but quickly turned completely cold, resulting in all of us having to shower with cold water, which was extremely uncomfortable.
What made the situation worse was that the bathtub stopper was broken and had been removed and left aside without any repair or prior notice. We were unaware of this issue and placed it back during our shower, only to realise later that the bathtub could not drain properly.
The bed linens were visibly dirty and were not changed.
These issues were only discovered when we returned at night. As it was already very late, we did not feel comfortable disturbing the owner or maintenance again. Unfortunately, these accumulated problems had affected our overall stay and led to a very poor experience.
Overall, the room maintenance were far below acceptable standards, and this stay did not meet reasonable accommodation expectations. I sincerely hope that the management will take these issues seriously and make the necessary improvements.

AAlongaipaizhaoThis is a very cost-effective hotel, but it's too far from Sunway University. It's basically impossible to walk there. If you want to take a taxi to go shopping or school, it's actually not cost-effective because the taxi will cost more than 20 yuan. The facilities of this hotel are okay and relatively new, but there is a smell of paint and plastic decoration. It may have been a guesthouse of a football club. There is no one in charge, no staff on duty, and only a check-in and check-out machine. If you book on the platform, you will be charged the Malaysian ringgit tourism tax twice. Remember to ask the clerk to refund it, provided that you can find the clerk.

JJaxxZzzShares the lobby with Sunway Pyramid Hotel, but check-in is on the basement level. You have to carry your luggage down one floor, and the elevators are also a step down, with only two accessible from the basement.
The facilities are old; the duvet had faint, unremovable stains, and the toiletries were on par with a budget motel in China, and an old one at that.
On the bright side, the location is pretty decent, making it convenient for dining.

GGuest UserI recently stayed at Da Men Subang Jaya USJ by Iconique and had a very positive and comfortable experience. It's a great choice for both leisure and business travelers looking for a convenient base in the Subang Jaya area.
The location is a major plus. It's situated within the Da Men Mall complex, which is incredibly convenient. You have direct access to a variety of restaurants, cafes, a supermarket, and shops without even stepping outside. It's also very well-connected – just a short drive from the USJ Taipan food haven and a quick 5-10 minute Grab ride to the LRT station for easy access into Kuala Lumpur city center. The only minor point is that it can get a bit busy around the mall area, but the convenience far outweighs this.
The service was efficient and professional. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. All my interactions with the staff, both via messaging before arrival and at the front desk, were prompt and helpful. They were courteous and addressed my queries quickly.
The apartment was very clean upon arrival. The linens, towels, and bathroom were spotless. The living area and kitchenette were well-maintained and tidy. It felt fresh and comfortable, which is always a top priority for me.
The facilities are excellent for a serviced residence. The apartment was modern and well-equipped with a functional kitchenette, a comfortable working desk, and reliable high-speed WiFi. The building amenities, including the swimming pool and gym, are well-kept and add good value to the stay. Everything was in good working order.
I would happily recommend Da Men Subang Jaya USJ and would not hesitate to stay here again on my next trip. It offers fantastic value for money, combining comfort, convenience, and great service for a very pleasant stay.
