First stay and it won't be our last..From the moment you enter the hotel you are greeted with smiles..Check in was smooth and efficient..We had a corner room which was large with amazing views..We are in the restaurant and the food was good and the pool is quite magical Breakfast is a triumph with meal options changing every day we were there (4 nights). BTS is a short walk away and the area is quiet which is a relief from a days sightseeing.
Thank you to all of the team who made the start of our holiday one to remember.

I recently completed a 5-day stay at Vic3 Bangkok and couldn't be more satisfied. From the moment I arrived, the reception team was polite and patient, taking the time to provide a detailed walkthrough of the room features and hotel services.
The location is a major highlight. It is strategically situated just a 3-minute walk from the Sanam Pao BTS station, making city travel effortless. Having a 7-Eleven right next to the station adds an extra layer of convenience for snacks and essentials. Plus, being only three stops away from the Siam shopping district is a huge time-saver.
The housekeeping staff was equally impressive; they were proactive and polite, always checking if I needed fresh amenities. I also appreciated the complimentary bottled water—two bottles are provided daily, but the staff is more than happy to provide extra upon request. I highly recommend this hotel to all travelers, whether you are here for business or leisure.

Stayed here for a few nights. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I appreciated that they allowed me to change rooms when I had an issue.
However, the hotel is quite poorly soundproofed. The first room had a connecting door, and I could hear everything from the next room, which made it feel like there was no privacy at all. The second room was better, but still quite noisy, especially from the street with motorbikes at night.
Cleanliness was okay overall, but not perfect — there were some small details like hair on the floor and minor maintenance issues (e.g. sockets patched in a makeshift way).
The hotel looks modern, but it doesn’t really feel like a true 4-star experience. For the price, it’s decent, but I expected better sound insulation and finishing.
Overall, it’s fine for a short stay, but don’t expect a quiet or high-end experience.

The hotel itself is incredibly Instagrammable – every corner is thoughtfully designed, and you’ll definitely want to take photos to keep as memories. The décor is stylish and playful, giving the whole place a very unique character.
The rooms are beautifully decorated as well, with a cozy and modern feel. However, the smallest room type can feel a bit tight, especially if you have a lot of luggage or prefer more space.
Access by car is not the most convenient, so it might not be ideal for those who plan to drive around Bangkok. I've booked a double room with private bathroom and at least it had a window! The location is good in between 2 BTS stations, so there are no late night activities and in general it was quiet. Maybe because my room didn't face the road.
The room itself was fine but there was no cleaning during my stay. So when you run out of paper you have to go down to the reception and ask for a refill.
Common areas were ok as well as the laundry, yet the promised common area and smoking area on the fifth floor were closed for renovation.
In general it was a good value for money, can be defined as middle-low price segment and amenities

During the three days from check-in to check-out, no one came to clean the room. A complimentary bottle of water was provided on the first day, but no further complimentary bottled water was offered regardless of how many days one stayed. The air conditioner was old and noisy, affecting sleep; without it on, the room was almost completely exposed to the sun.

The room overall was quite clean, and the one-bedroom, one-living-room layout offered a decent amount of space. It's not as modern as newer hotels, and the facilities are a bit dated, but it definitely offers great value for money. For breakfast, there weren't many options, but it was enough to fill you up, focusing on not wasting food.

Hotel located in the alley call Inthamara 3 if you walk from BTS Sapankwai take about 1.2 km
From hotel to BTS st. hotel provides shuttle service. I request higher floor and quiet room but when I checkin staff gave me room on first floor. Big problem I found is toilet cleanness. The drain is clogged , when I open it to release the water I found the drain cover with hairs and so dirty. I see they build the toilet higher than the room floor and thus create the mole smell on the whole floor.
Room size great but toilet tidy also if you traveling with friend would be very weird with the curtain covering the glass wall.
Next day at 7am room next door turn on tv very loud I report to staff they reaction quickly also call me to apologize, this I need to give them a credit .
Breakfast average menus but good for this prices, restaurant staff not very friendly only 2 people I saw.
Disappointed with cleanness and mole smell so I won’t return to this hotel again.

Overall, it was very comfortable. There was a lovely fragrance as soon as you entered, and the space was just as realistic as the online photos. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very friendly, providing a great customer experience. There were some stairs to climb and luggage to carry, but the room was fairly clean. The bathroom could be improved; there was a dead cockroach on the first night, so I didn't dare take a bath. The water pressure from the showerhead in this old apartment wasn't very stable, and the hot water was inconsistent. Otherwise, I was very satisfied. I recommend bringing your own indoor slippers; it might make things even better!

GGuest UserYou won't find a better value hotel in Bangkok. It's really close to the pier, and you can get to central Asok in just 20 minutes by boat. The hotel is brand new, the gym is well-equipped, and the infinity pool is quite large and absolutely stunning – it uses filtered seawater. Breakfast is also very good. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThis is the most complete hostel I've ever been to. There are six floors with several balconies and all of it remains spotless. The common areas are awesome. The river view is amazing I look forward to seeing the fireworks on the river every time. The staff are friendly and accomodating and there are more than enough bathrooms and showers for everybody here. I don't have anything to complain about, I like it a lot here

GGuest UserI was quite anxious when I arrived, as many reviews mentioned the hotel being old and dated. However, after staying for three days, I have to commend this hotel! 1. The lobby is opulent, and 'rich and varied' doesn't even begin to describe the spread at breakfast. 2. The service is exceptional; they are basically ready to help with anything you need. There's always someone to open the door when you enter the lobby, and the front desk and room service are fantastic! When I checked out, they helped me book a taxi to the airport, which was cheaper than both Grab and Trip.com, costing only 500 Thai Baht (to Don Mueang Airport). 3. The gym is huge, easily over 400 square meters, with all sorts of equipment and dedicated staff. I didn't get to use the pool, but there were lots of kids enjoying it. 4. The hotel's location is convenient, right next to an MRT station. Although it's about 6-7km from the main tourist attractions, for this price, service, and facilities, there's absolutely nothing to complain about. Book with confidence! In the evenings, there's a night market nearby, mostly frequented by locals, offering great value for money. If you turn right outside, there's a 'Chinatown' street with all kinds of delicious food.

GGuest UserI booked a river view room, and the view was absolutely stunning, offering a panoramic sight of the Chao Phraya River's nightscape. The room was clean and tidied daily. Breakfast was a generous spread. Walking out and turning right, it's about a 5-minute stroll to Asiatique The Riverfront. From 10 AM to 8 PM, there's a boat service every hour from the hotel to the Central Pier. From there, you can take another boat for 10 Baht per person directly to ICONSIAM on the opposite bank. For 600 baht a night including breakfast, the value for money is really good.

GGarreth HuntBangkok was the last stop on our trip to Thailand and we booked this hotel as a treat to end our trip given it's 5 star status. We were left very disappointed...
The lobby is lovely and is indicative of a high end hotel but that's where it ended unfortunately. The rooms are 3 star at best. We had booked a room with a balcony specifically but the initial room we were given didn't have one. The staff were very helpful and moved us to another room with a balcony, however the balcony was surrounded by fans so we had limited views. We were offered another room on our second day with a better balcony but the room itself was smaller so we opted to stay where we were. From what we could see, none of the balconies are great so I would avoid paying the extra for rooms with them.
The pool is cold and in need of some work, the grout is coming away in many areas creating sharp edges in spots. Also not 5 star quality.
Breakfast was the nicest setup and offering we had seen in Thailand.

Downside, lots of construction works, so one side of the building is very noisy, it’s also right by the pool so you wouldn’t really want to use the pool and be able to relax. Location is okay, easy to Grab/Bolt everywhere, or 15 min walk to the MRT (the also offer a free shuttle there). We stayed there twice, would stay again.

There's also a connected walkway from the second floor of the adjacent EmSphere mall, so you don't have to walk in the sun. The surrounding area is lively, with plenty of food, entertainment, supermarkets, convenience stores, massage places, and malls – very convenient. It's also only about a 10-minute walk to Asok station and Terminal 21. The hotel is a bit old, and the facilities and decor are a bit dated, but it's generally clean and tidy, and the service is warm and friendly.

The rooms are very outdated. Furniture, walls, corners, and the bathroom show visible wear and damage. The rooms clearly need renovation.
The photos on the listing do not reflect the current condition of the rooms. They look much newer than they actually are.
A stove was listed as an amenity, but in reality it was not usable — it was covered with a fixed wooden panel and could not be opened.
There is no tea or coffee in the room, despite a coffee machine being shown in the photos. Tea is available at the reception during daytime only.
The air conditioner is very noisy. It is controlled via a wall panel (no remote control) with limited settings, and even on the lowest mode the noise is noticeable.
There is no ventilation fan in the bathroom, so steam stays in the room after showering unless the door is opened.
The TV offers only Thai channels. There is no Smart TV and no option to connect a phone.
The kitchen area has a sink, cabinets, and basic dishes, but it is not functional due to the lack of a stove.
Despite cleaning, the room looks visually worn because of the overall condition of the walls and ceiling.

The bed is comfortable, with two pillows per person.

The location is convenient, close to M-Sphere, Emporium, and the M District, which was the main reason we chose this hotel.

Suitable for a short stay of one night.

Фотографии на сайте не соответствуют текущему состоянию номеров: выглядят новыми, тогда как по факту номера давно не обновлялись.
В номере была заявлена плита, но фактически она отсутствовала — была закрыта и зафиксирована деревянной панелью, воспользоваться ею невозможно.
В номере нет чая и кофе, несмотря на то, что на фотографиях присутствует кофемашина. Чай можно взять на ресепшене в дневное время.
Кондиционер шумный, работает без переносного пульта, управление осуществляется с настенного блока с ограниченным количеством режимов. Даже на минимальном режиме шум заметный.
В туалете нет вытяжки, после душа пар остаётся в комнате, уходит только при открытой двери.
Телевизор показывает только тайские каналы, Smart TV отсутствует, подключение телефона невозможно.
Кухонная зона оборудована раковиной, шкафчиками и посудой, но нефункциональна из-за отсутствия плиты.
Из-за общего износа поверхностей номер визуально выглядит неаккуратно, несмотря на уборку.

AAnonymous UserI stayed here for four nights. Many reviews mentioned the hotel's remote and inconvenient location. It's true that it's nestled in a quiet alley within a wealthy Sukhumvit neighborhood, so the location itself isn't an issue, and it's suitable for longer stays. It's quite far from tourist attractions, and the alleys in Sukhumvit are winding and don't connect well, which can be troublesome if you're walking. However, I always took taxis, so it was fine. It's a bit of a distance from 7-Eleven. The environment and facilities are definitely up to four-star standards. The security guard was very proactive and responsible. My two points of confusion were: first, upon check-out, the front desk insisted I wait for them to inspect the room before leaving, even though I had already paid a deposit. Second, after the room was cleaned, the hand towels and floor towels were removed, and only one regular towel was left. I don't understand this practice, and in the subsequent days, fewer and fewer towels were left after cleaning.

Spacious Living in a Prime Location
The first thing that struck me about Furama Silom is the sheer size of the rooms. In a city where many modern hotels are trending toward compact ”minimalist” spaces, Furama offers an expansive environment. My room was bright, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows that provided a fantastic view of the city skyline. The inclusion of a kitchenette was a thoughtful touch, making it feel more like an apartment than a standard hotel room.
The location is undoubtedly the hotel's strongest selling point. It is roughly a 10-minute walk to both the Saint Louis and Chong Nonsi BTS stations, making the rest of the city easily accessible. For those who enjoy exploring on foot, the famous Patpong Night Market, the historic Sri Maha Mariamman Temple, and a plethora of local street food stalls and 7-Eleven stores are just a short stroll away.
