JeffreyyyyyyyThe newest hotel in Guam area as far as I’ve known!
Guess it is nikko hotel franchise (they kinda got linked toghether like they are located right next to each other) so as you can expect their Japanese originated service and cleanness was on point! Breakfast was delish (not that many kinds tbh but quite satisfiable)

s.haloLocation: Close to the airport, within walking distance of Ipao Beach (though the surrounding area lacks security and safe road maintenance). A car is recommended. It's not easy to coordinate with the operating hours and methods of convenience stores or nearby retail establishments.
Room Conditions: Equipped with facilities worthy of a 3-star business hotel, the hotel offers efficient accommodations. The rooms are comfortable and safe (with network access) compared to the familiar hotel facilities. The hotel also offers the latest trendy video equipment (global content for all ages). The receptionist's prompt check-in and personalized service will help ease any awkwardness upon arrival.
☀️ Above all, Guam’s signature wide-open skies and warm sunshine let you truly soak in the feeling of solarity.
When I had the chance to ride along Tumon Beach and visit with a small group, I found even more joy by making use of the main facilities like the BBQ area, outdoor pool, and fitness center. There was so much to enjoy—and even more to look forward to!

ぴかぴかMAXI stayed at the PIC in Guam. The free services, like the bus, were excellent, making getting around super convenient. I think the overall price is quite reasonable, especially if you include the all-you-can-swim pool package. There are so many activities that you could easily spend your whole trip enjoying just the hotel itself, which was a huge plus.
The cleanliness of the hotel was just 'average' – it's not brand new, but it wasn't a bother. Amenities were a bit sparse; they don't provide toothbrushes, so it's best to bring your own.
On the other hand, the staff were wonderful – very kind and made for a pleasant stay. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel for anyone who prioritizes activities and wants to have a lot of fun.

Guest UserSpacious and comfortable! I brought a shower filter because people said to definitely bring one when going to Guam, but unlike what I'd heard about using one a day, the filter barely turned yellowish even after three days. It's very clean! Best of all, there's a swimming pool and the staff are incredibly friendly!

I was worried after reading reviews about the old facilities, but I was completely satisfied. I went to the supermarket to buy cheap meat and cooked it myself. The room was spacious, with two bathrooms, a dining table on the left and right, and a large refrigerator. I was very satisfied with the price. There was a large pool in the yard behind the front desk, and I had a great time playing underwater basketball. The air conditioning was quite loud, so it might be a bit annoying for those with sensitive skin. Other than that, I was very satisfied.

Guest UserThe location was good, as it was near a beach and quite a few restaurants and shops. The service was good, as most of the staff were polite and responded quickly to requests. I did not like the open-style shower, however, as water went everywhere in the bathroom. Plus, there was no working fan in the bathroom either. The biggest problem though was that most of the time there was no hot water in the bathroom at all, making for some very cold showers! At least the room was big and relatively inexpensive.

Guest UserI ended up booking the Hilton last minute for a New Year's trip to Guam, mainly because it was one of the few hotels with availability for two or more consecutive nights. To be honest, I'd just spent two nights at The Tsubaki, and stepping into the Hilton, my mood dipped slightly.
The price was high, as expected for New Year's. The room condition was just old. The breakfast was pretty basic, nothing special. However, all the staff were friendly, especially the front desk clerk.

Guest UserI love the location , as it's a family area. The beach next door I nice with covered tables, and there's a lifeguard. It's a great opportunity to see local families having fun, and lots of kids without the tourist crowd. In the late afternoon you can see the large canoes practicing and racing. Go to the beach in the morning and late afternoon and watch the sunset. The resort staff are very helpful and kind. The red Tumon shuttle picks up out front. All in all a very good location. I'll be back soon!

Good location, only 26🔪 taxi from the airport, free WIFI is not good, intermittent, thin quilt, no toothbrush, kettle, microwave, hair dryer. Front desk staff, good service attitude. Opposite is the police station. Downstairs is ABC supermarket, very close to DSF duty-free shop. The price is also relatively affordable. When coming to Guam, it is better to rent a car at the airport. The bus in the city is not convenient, and there is no bus at many attractions.

I chose this hotel because our plane was at 3:40 in the morning, and this hotel was very close to the airport and provided free drop-off service. We stayed overnight. The hotel is very old, the facilities are quite old, but the health is OK. The old gentleman at the front desk was very responsible. We asked him what time he needed to leave. He said that two hours in advance was enough. We said that we had to go through the customs and departure procedures. He said that the procedures were very simple and directly checked in. Really, the departure was done at the check-in counter, very soon. At the scheduled departure time, the driver came on time, called us, and helped carry the luggage downstairs and put it on the car. There is no elevator in this hotel, so it is not convenient if there is a lot of luggage, we live on the second floor.
