"The view from the hotel was great! We rented a car, so being on top of a hill wasn't an issue at all. We only walked to Tagada Park, but otherwise, we drove everywhere, so the location wasn't a problem 🚙. The parking lot was spacious, covered, and free, which was a big help. I recommend bringing your own shampoo and body wash as theirs don't lather very well. There was no hand soap, so I used body wash, but it would be useful to have some with you. I assumed the clothes dryer was free because it didn't have a 'paid' sign, but laundry and drying each cost $6."

"There is only one complaint I want to make is regarding the Thai restaurant soi at the hotel. The food was great, however the service needs to be improved. We ordered 2 appetizers and 2 main dishes. After we ordered, 5 minutes later, the 2 main dishes came first, a couple minutes later, the 2 appetizers came. We were eating at rush. At the end we ordered a dessert, however it took 20 minutes to come. Also, the waitress never came to ask about our comment on the food. Comparing with the restaurant next door we had dinner the night before, it was quite an unpleasant experience. Again the food is the best Thai food we have ever had."

"The location was perfect for a solo traveller. A close walk to the beach, many restaurants, & a shuttle bus that stops at different shopping malls & other hotels. The room was clean, but the bathroom could have been cleaner. The sink and hand rails are stainless steel, but were full of limescale. Nothing was shiny or polished. I was there for a week & only received housekeeping once. I noticed other guests asking the receptionists to get someone to clean their rooms. The reception staff were friendly, however I asked a member of staff to book me a taxi & luckily I double checked because it wasn't booked. Overall it was a nice hotel, I would stay again because of to the location and spacious room. Also around the pool could use a jet wash the floor was filthy."

"Before arriving, the hotel sent a letter requesting a list of the guests staying at the hotel. Without one, they would have to pay an additional $77.70 per person upon arrival. Fortunately, we were able to communicate with customer service and were able to avoid providing it without any additional charges. However, I was still a little worried about this hotel. Fortunately, everything was great after arriving. The accommodation was very good, but there were only two elevators due to the large number of people staying, and there was no staircase as an alternative. However, the breakfast was rich and varied. Although the weather was affected by the typhoon for two consecutive days, it did not affect the BBQ and beer tasting held in the hotel. It was very warm and relaxing, with complete facilities and services. We had a great time."

"Recommended for: Friends looking for a budget-friendly trip. The location is good for the price, and it's quite clean. It's close to GPO (Guam Premier Outlets), and the staff are friendly. Not recommended for: Couples. Also, if you have allergies (especially to dust/mold), I wouldn't recommend it. If you can't shower with cold water, make sure the boiler has been fixed before you go. Facilities: The physical structure is the same as the photos, but the pictures seem heavily retouched to look 'prettier' or 'brighter.' For Koreans born in the 90s, if you remember 'retreats,' it's exactly like the resorts we used to go to for elementary school retreats (late 90s - early 2000s). Cleanliness: Despite the aging facilities, the cleaning was good. Although it's old, the bathroom had no stains and there was no dust in the corners of the room; it was well-cleaned. There was no drain smell. Air/Smell: There's a moldy smell. The air is humid, and the bedding felt damp. I tried to ventilate, but there were pigeons on the balcony, so I couldn't open the window. If you have rhinitis, prepare for a runny nose and coughing fits. Major Downside!!!!! The boiler had been broken since 12/15 and was under repair, but I received no notice until check-in on 12/21! I went out and came back in, only to find no hot water and had to shower with cold water, which was incredibly chilling! The free cancellation period was until 12/17. If they had informed me about the hot water issue earlier, I would have canceled. I only found out about the broken hot water after showering at 11 PM on the first night after a starlight tour, so I couldn't even get a refund for the first night. Pros: Still, the staff were kind and responsive, and they refunded me for the remaining nights of my stay. Guam is warm, but the room is so humid that you can't turn off the air conditioning. If you come back from the beach or swimming and there's no hot water, it's really, really cold. If you're planning to book in December, I recommend checking if the boiler has been fixed first."

"The location is perfect. There’s a connected shopping mall. Many ABC marts and restaurants nearby. The beach is so beautiful. The swimming pool is good too but close a bit early at 7 pm. The room cleaning is not satisfying. Hairs still on the floor after cleaning. The hotel is quite old. I strongly suggest to change all the towels. Too old."

"The Hyatt Regency Resort is a great place to stay in Guam 🇬🇺. You can plan a three or four days holidays in this place to relax and enjoy all it can offer. The resort offers impeccable facilities with incredible amenities in each and every one of their rooms and suites beautifully decorated. You can book in advance to select the rooms with the best ocean views. I stayed in Room 1205 which you can sea the whole beach, pool and see and enjoy the sunsets every day! the balcony was an amazing place to chill! This hotel is a good option if you traveling with kids as they will be entertained in the different pools. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and offers a great service. Breakfast is included and the food in the hotel is really amazing!"

"The hotel was excellent in every aspect. Our room boasted a stunning sea view, and the facilities were quite new, making for a very comfortable stay. As a couple, we opted for the half-board package, and the breakfast and dinner spreads were extensive, enjoyed in a beautiful restaurant setting. The hotel also has its own private beach, perfect for snorkeling; we had so much fun seeing all the fish! The service throughout the hotel was exceptional, whether at the front desk, in the restaurant, or from housekeeping. When we wanted a slightly later check-out, the front desk kindly registered us as members, allowing us to extend our check-out time to 2 PM. We also requested extra bath towels, and they were delivered to our room with just one phone call. At the restaurant, staff proactively asked about drinks, offering a wide selection of juices, sodas, beer, wine, and more. My husband ordered a beer, but I initially declined a cold drink. Amusingly, three different servers then came to ask me if I'd like anything to drink! Haha, such incredibly attentive service! All in all, the Crowne Plaza Hotel is truly wonderful, and we'll definitely be back!"

"All the staff were so very kind and the room condition was the best! The buffet is really... delicious. If you stay for multiple nights, make sure to have breakfast at least one day! I also had dinner and it was fun because they put on a show. ㅎㅎ For environmental protection, they clean every other day and if you don't leave the green card next to the bed on the bed, they won't change the bedding during cleaning. The ocean view was the best and the service was also very satisfactory!"
