Perfect stay! The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very delicious with plenty of choices. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better.

My two companions and I had a fantastic three-night stay. The hotel is modern and spotless, with all the facilities and furniture feeling very new. We were particularly impressed with the complimentary transportation card, which was incredibly convenient for getting around. Be sure to ask about it at the front desk when you arrive! The service was impeccable. The front desk staff were very friendly and gave us great advice on local transport, helping us avoid unnecessary costs. Although we couldn't modify our booking to change the last night to a double room due to platform restrictions, the hotel replied to our email quickly and professionally. A wonderful touch was the chocolate fountain in the lobby, it was a delightful treat that put us in a great mood every day. We highly recommend this hotel, they also have very nice gym (see the photo below).

The hotel reception staff were very kind and helpful. When my credit card payment kept failing, they assisted me in booking a train ticket. The hotel is located on a hill—not very close to the main train station, but relatively near a subway entrance.

Second time - another great stay. Will not hesitate to return.

I'd like to thank the lobby staff and the cleaning staff! Thank you for your incredibly kind hospitality. The best part about this hotel is that it's located between two stations, Ours and Bessieres. There's also a Co-op supermarket just a minute's walk away. Cutlery is provided: two plates, two bowls, a spoon, a fork, and a knife. I was a bit surprised that there wasn't a kitchen knife, but I managed to cut a melon with it. Haha, it's really good. Eating in front of the window with the curtains open felt like eating on the terrace, and there were side tables, which made it nice to sit and relax. The only downsides I noticed were that the hotel is a bit dark, there's no air conditioning, and since it's on the main street, you can hear some traffic noise. Without air conditioning, it was a bit hot while I was sleeping. The noise from traffic is okay during the day, but it's quieter at night, so it's okay.

The room is big enough, the environment is quiet, and transportation is convenient. The corridor is dark because there are no windows. The bar on the first floor is good. The surrounding facilities are complete.

The hotel is very unique with chocolate theme. It has all the necessary facilities, but everything is a little bit smaller! It is located near Lausanne Station. It is a bit difficult to walk uphill with luggage. You can choose to take a few stops of light rail. There is a coop supermarket and a cafe just a few steps away, which is very convenient.

Our triple room was on the basement floor. We could see outside through the window, but there seemed to be an exhaust vent from the kitchen outside. We stayed there for three days and only smelled the smell of food being prepared once. Very satisfied
