"Four-star hotels that are a little cramped at certain times. Perfect room, very comfortable with the right spaces and very tastefully furnished. Very comfortable bed with quality topper. Very kind and efficient staff, a special mention to Roberto who was truly exceptional. The only things I would recommend are increasing the saltiness in breakfast and increasing the quality of cooked ham. Increase the brightness of the bathroom. Having said that, even so I would happily return. Well done"

Once I arrived at the facility from Milan I learned, without having been notified beforehand and having previously accepted, that the facility I booked was not the one near Piazza Sant'Oronzo (in the historic center) but in another area of ​​the city (I am from Lecce and I know the differences!) The one attributed to me is decidedly not suitable for the one I booked and decidedly more miserable and dilapidated. No concession to my complaints. Shameful and disgusting attitude. Never seen anything similar in over 30 years of traveling. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!! A disgrace for Lecce and its tourism. P.S.: the property tries to contradict me: I am a lawyer and I defend myself in the appropriate venues."

"Cozy room with self check in, really easy, we communicated via WhatsApp and that’s how most of the local b&b do The street is indeed a bit noisy; but I anyways use the earplugs, so didn’t cause me problems  The bed is fine, pillows not so much  The AC is centrally controlled through the apartment and I felt it’s a little weak if you travel in the hottest months of the year, also it is placed right above the bed so not really nice cause it blows right on your head  Overall a fine experience for me and cute view  The host is really nice in communication"

"The ambiance was okay, but the service was terrible. At breakfast, they asked everyone around them what kind of coffee they wanted, but skipped over me, a Chinese guest. When I asked for my room number, their attitude was extremely arrogant. If your hotel doesn't welcome Chinese guests, please don't list it on a Chinese platform. I do not recommend this to any Chinese citizens."

"Overall, the hotel left a good impression: recently renovated, clean, and very conveniently located between the central railway station and the Old Town, close to one of the main entrances to the historic center. The mattress, pillows, bed linen and towels were of good quality, and the sleep comfort was excellent. However, there are some significant downsides. First, there is an additional cleaning fee of €53 for two nights (€26.5 per day), which represents around 40% of the accommodation cost. The cleaning was limited to making the bed; the minibar was not refilled and the towels were not changed. This fee was not clearly included in the total price at the time of booking. Second, there is no natural daylight in the room. My room, like most rooms in the hotel, does not have windows facing outside — all windows (a glass door, a large window and a small window) face the internal hall and reception area. As a result, no daylight enters the room and the curtains have to remain closed for privacy. Third, complimentary water is not provided. Although the three bottles of water in the minibar were not charged at check-out, which I appreciated, the absence of free bottled water as a standard amenity was surprising. Check-in is only possible between 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm, and check-out is from 8:00 am to 10:00 am, which is much more limited than standard international practice. The room was also quite cold, and the heating system was not intuitive to operate. Additionally, since the hotel is located in a residential building, noise from upstairs (footsteps, conversations) was clearly audible, even late at night. The hotel is good in terms of quality and location, but the additional charges and organizational aspects significantly affect the overall experience."
