"Our family of five spent 10 nights at Alpina hotel in Lech and next time we will stay longer! It was the perfect choice for us - we are so glad we booked it. We stayed in the two bedroom apartment which gave us all space (we have three teenagers) and a kitchen so we didn’t always have to eat out, but we had the luxuries of being in a beautiful boutique hotel. A delicious and varied breakfast each morning, afternoon tea served every afternoon by the fire. The staff were so helpful and friendly. They asked us if there were any other foods we would like served for breakfast and afternoon tea etc. The service was so personalised and warm - it’s just a very special place. We also loved the sauna and steam room, which we used each afternoon after returning from skiing or a lovely walk around town or along a hiking trail. We had the opportunity to chat with other guests from around the world - many of whom have been returning to this hotel for decades (one guest told me she used to sit at the same breakfast table as us with her children 30 years earlier!). Bruno and Gabrielle were always available to help with any enquiries, including making restaurant reservations and ensuring we were given a lovely table at the best restaurant in town. We have skiied in a number of places - including in Switzerland - and this place is our favorite. The location is fantastic - very short and easy walk to the ski lifts, all restaurants and the supermarket. You can’t do better. Book it!!"

"Wonderful 5 star hotel. The owners are present and highly visible and helpful. The registration personnel exceptional - in fact the entire staff should be commended for going out of their way to make our visit outstanding. No request was to out of reach. The annual classic car rally was ending when we arrived and provided great entertainment. We did get the Lech card which was well worth it as there are so many places to visit including beautiful lakes and wonderful gondola mountain vistas to reach."

"Unfortunately we only stayed one night but a perfect little hotel to stay in during spring. About a five minute walk to the Rüdikopf gondola and shops. Also a short but a little steep walk to the town ‘butcher’ which also has a restaurant - and wonderful Leberkäs. The rooms were spacious with a comfortable lounge and our room had the biggest bathroom. Breakfast is plentiful with good choices. The owner is exceptionally friendly."

"A perfect home where you are welcomed with worm , and this is the most valuable think we all want when we are traveling , Claudia and his family and all the staff are there to offer you the best experience , great food , nice rooms , sauna .... For those who are there to ski there is a public shuttle bus in front of the hotel , if you want to reach the center you have to walk for 15 min . Thanks for the beautiful days I had with you all . "We had an absolutely amazing stay at Hotel Rote Wand in April! My girlfriend and I spent three nights there, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. One of the highlights was definitely the food experience. The Chef’s Table was outstanding – creative, refined, and truly memorable. On top of that, the “Friends and Fools” dinner was such a fun and unique experience, with a great atmosphere and incredible dishes. We also went skiing, and even in spring the ski-in/ski-out setup worked surprisingly well. On the way back, we only had to walk about two minutes due to limited snow – totally fine and still very convenient. The spa area was another big highlight. We loved the pools and especially the sauna program, including an amazing sauna show that we didn’t expect at this level. What really makes this hotel special, though, is the overall vibe. It’s a family-run place with so much personality, combining a super cool, modern design with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay. All in all, a perfect mix of luxury, fun, and authenticity. We’ll definitely be back at Rote Wand!"

"The hospitality and kindness of the staff are superb. As a solo traveler you can feel alone from time to time - here I felt at home. My journey didn't start well because of a mistake in the booking(a mistake from my side), so I didn't get access to a room which met the demands I had. But the staff and the way they met their guests soon made me forget about it, and I just enjoyed hanging in the public areas and working from there If there is room for me next time I am in Lech, then I without a doubt want to stay here again."

"The family-run Hotel Hubertus is highly recommended. The value for money is excellent. Very comfortable and clean rooms (single rooms are also available!), a rich breakfast buffet, a delicious dinner with a large salad buffet and always a vegetarian option in the evening, and excellent service from everyone. Markus and Monica are welcoming hosts who fulfill all your wishes and always have an activity tip up their sleeve. They make a real effort, and guests feel it. As the icing on the cake, there's always a fresh homemade cake available late in the afternoon, as a little refreshment after skiing and before a delicious dinner ;-). You can ski directly from the hotel to the slopes and later (after a short section in deep snow) back right next to the hotel (underground parking and ski storage included). The village is also just a stone's throw away on foot; the medical center and pharmacy are literally around the corner. The wellness and relaxation area are very clean and soothing. This was our first time staying with you, and certainly not the last! Thank you, Markus and Monica, for a relaxing ski holiday with you."
