"We recently stayed at El Convento for three nights, and while it is a magical place, it unfortunately suffers from some management issues. The rooms are clean, but they can be quite noisy, which detracts from the overall experience. The service staff is friendly, but the wait times are considerably slow, leading to some frustration during our stay. The common areas, particularly around the restaurant, could use a good deep cleaning, as they did not meet our expectations for a place of this caliber. Additionally, the breakfast quality was disappointing, lacking both variety and service. On a positive note, the location is perfect, making it easy to explore the city. We did experience a couple of interruptions with the Wi-Fi, but this was not a major issue for us. It’s such a shame because El Convento has the potential to be a landmark in the city with the right management and attention to detail. We hope they can address these concerns for future guests."

"Spent two evenings in Hotel. Check in and check out was fast. Ate breakfast at hotel. Room provides safe, air conditioning and TV. Room was quiet. Hotel is about three minutes from La Catedral. Location is good since you have a lot of things nearby. You are able to purchase water and soda at reception area"
