"A very nice hotel with friendly staff who try to accommodate non Spanish speakers though we used Google Translate a lot. Some rooms don't have sockets but on our second stay there after a jungle trip there were lots in the better room we had. Wifi is awful anywhere but reception and even there drops frequently. Not a great loss if part of your trip is to disconnect. Reasonable rates I think and the food is good."

"Wonderful apartments with all amenities, wonderful owners and staff! The rooms have absolutely everything you need. Comfortable bathroom, bed, sofas, armchairs, quiet air conditioning, kitchen, stove, refrigerator with water, set of dishes, excellent Wi-Fi, TV. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The booking includes a free transfer from the airport to the hotel and back. The hosts helped with organizing the holiday and found a good guide. Thank you Jenny and Libardo for an unforgettable vacation! I will be glad to come back here again!"

"The place was a nice get away vacation for us and we enjoyed our trip! It has an additional desk called Selvatours with optional tours that are mostly worthwhile. Unfortunately, however, we had a little bit of difficulty getting a hold of them during Semana Santa (when our reservation was booked) to find out how to schedule everything and get there by boat (we had to show up and figure everything out ourselves manually), so I think the service piece can be improved upon. Also, the trip.com website needs to get in touch with them to get the phone number(s) correct because the current one does not work. Overall we still enjoyed it."

"I was very disappointed with the hotel service. We were in the town and looked for a hotel that we could enjoy after being on our jungle tour. We were shown a spacious room with a king sized bed and lots of space it was perfect. When we returned to the hotel we were given a terrible room on the third door curtain rod fell off when we tried to close the blinds, wifi connection did was poor, very limited space and open window with a bug flying in it. It was nothing like the original room we were shown. I would rate that room 1 out of 5. We asked to be moved one group was allowed to but my husband and I were told there were no other rooms. There was one person who spoke English but he wouldn’t help. I was very dissatisfied with the service. I decided to check online and various rooms were still available. I went back to the front desk and was ignored. Really disrespectful and poor service. We eventually got a room on the first floor. The pool was nice and so was the room. Everyone in are party was tired and just wanted to rest. I would not recommend this hotel the stress and the lack of service was not worth are time. This incident caused our group stress and wasted over an hour of our time. I did not like being lied to there was plenty of rooms available we were only staying one night. Unfortunately I do not have a picture of the 3rd floor room. It was less than 1/2 the size of the 1st floor room and the king size bed barely fit the room."
