An absolute game-changer! Amazing views, excellent service, and so quiet. The travel photography was also fantastic—makeup, hair, photography, and editing were all top-notch. Highly recommend! This will be my go-to hotel from now on!!

Excellent and pricey, but highly recommended! I'll definitely stay here again next time. 500 yuan is enough for two meals. The afternoon tea is quite inconvenient though. I just want to sleep now. It doesn't matter if Yuan is not in the office this one time, right? If it were up to me, I'd give him a definite answer even if he's unwilling.

The hotel condition is excellent. Our balcony offers direct views of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, and we could watch the sunrise illuminate the 'Golden Mountain' right from our living room. The service was also top-notch; we received thoughtful little gifts at both check-in and check-out. Owen and Luna provided exceptionally attentive service.

This stay at the Puxiu Snow Mountain Hotel was fantastic. The hotel is located right within the Yulong Snow Mountain scenic area, offering incredible views. The room amenities were super thoughtful, and the service was excellent. Ava and Anna provided check-in information in advance and were always ready to answer any questions. The stargazing activity at the hotel was really interesting. The Xuejing Pavilion restaurant offered a rich variety of food, and there were many other fun activities like forest walks and tie-dyeing. The hotel's location is also superb, making it very convenient to visit the scenic area, and they even offer shuttle service. The yoga platform and 'Sky Mirror' are perfect for taking beautiful photos. I will definitely be staying at Puxiu Snow Mountain Hotel again next time! [Rose emoji]

Overall, the experience ranged from acceptable to excellent. Pros: 1. The service attitude was excellent, especially from the frontline staff. 2. The restaurant is worth a try; the à la carte dishes were high-quality, and the service was on point. 3. The 'Golden Mountain at Sunrise' view was stunning and accounted for 90% of the price. Cons: 1. Some staff members were arrogant (seemed like management, based on age). After I greeted them, they just turned and walked away, leaving other younger staff to assist me – very much in a 'leadership' style. 2. There was a complete lack of coordination between departments. The front desk knew nothing about restaurant issues, the butler confirmed housekeeping for 12:00 PM, but the cleaning staff knocked at 11:00 AM. After staff took my luggage, the concierge had no idea where it was and told me to find it myself. After check-out, there were two large buses at the entrance with no one to guide guests. Individually, each department's work wasn't a big problem, but the inter-departmental information flow and transitions were completely broken. 3. On the last day, I ordered a bowl of wontons for room service at 11:00 AM. It never arrived by 12:00 PM check-out. I still don't know if it was made and not delivered or never made at all. This not only made me miss lunch but also wasted my remaining vouchers. 4. The water pressure in the shower was low, and the toilet had a bad odor. The TV was black and white with static, but they replaced it with a new one on the second day of my stay.
