"Regarding the pick-up and drop-off service at Linfen West Station: The pick-up service was good, but when I booked it, they didn't ask for my order name or other details for verification, which seemed a bit unprofessional and indicated a slight lack of management. Also, when I arrived at West Station, no one contacted me until I called the hotel, and then the driver finally got in touch. There was a customer who needed a ride to the station, and I had to wait a bit. It would have been good to be informed about this beforehand so I knew what to expect. While understandable, not being told leaves customers unsure of the situation. The facilities, cleanliness, environment, and service were all pretty good. However, I hope management strengthens oversight on some of the food and water items. Don't provide items with a very long shelf life; customers might be hesitant to consume them, which leaves a bad impression."

"Our high-speed train arrived late and departed early, so staying here was incredibly convenient. We could see the hotel sign right from the high-speed rail station. You just follow the red pavement, cross the main road, and then turn right onto the hotel's street. When we checked in, there was a large group of retirees demanding free breakfast from the front desk, threatening to leave bad reviews if they didn't get it. We went out to grab some late-night food and they were still arguing, even making the young lady at the front desk cry. The next day, we walked past the front desk again and encountered two or more of them still yelling at passing staff. It was truly unbelievable; you shouldn't expect a 400-yuan experience from a 200-yuan hotel product. Our one-day trip to Linfen was great though – Hukou Waterfall, Lesser Western Heaven, and Guang Sheng Temple. It was a last-minute plan, and we were pleasantly surprised. Highly recommend it to everyone!"

"We are an old couple from Shanghai, and we are visiting the ancient building in Linyi. Fortunately, we chose the Shenglong Yuexiang Hotel, which has been newly opened for more than half a year, which provided a very obvious plus for our satisfaction of this trip. In the end, we renewed the lease three times, refunded the reservations of other hotels, and stayed for seven nights and eight days in Shenglongyue. In terms of our years of travel experience, the hardware facilities, intelligence and hygiene standards of this hotel room can be chased down five-star hotels, but the price is at the level of a medium hotel, so as soon as we enter our legal eyes, we obviously feel that it is worth the money. The key is to maintain a stable rhythm of life and full strength for the elderly when traveling outside. What surprised us was that the hotel lobby floor actually went directly to the dining floor of the shopping center. The degree of adaptation of southerners to the food in the north is a bit difficult, so there is no need to worry about it now. Every day, go out to the store, you can choose your favorite catering brand to enjoy food in a comfortable environment, sweeping the fatigue of the day's itinerary. What's more, this hotel has a service team that keeps us high in satisfaction. At check-in, although it was night, Xiao Wang at the front desk still patiently accompanied us to see different room types and different rooms, until we chose our favorite. Because we made a mistake on the platform and couldn't find the paid renewal message, the front desk foreman Xiao Li accompanied us, looking for clues, and contacting the platform personally until the problem was solved smoothly. Because the waist is not good, and the self-driving car rented in the local area is not comfortable enough, we are in the mood to try to ask the front desk whether we can borrow pillows as cushions when driving (because the hotel pillows are of good quality and newer, I feel that the hotel will be jealous). Xiao Li and Xiao Sun listened, and promised, and the cleaning foreman Xiao He also took out three pillows of different varieties, so that we could choose which one was suitable. Our elderly people are more particular about hygiene. They ask Xiaohe whether they can clean according to the occupancy standard every day. Xiaohe not only agrees, but also checks the quality by himself. We generally do not wash and dry clothes in the self-service laundry room of the hotel, afraid that the public facilities are not clean. But during our stay, we washed twice in the laundry room and felt clean and hygienic, but not at home. There are also two aunts who have breakfast noodle stalls and fried stalls. Every day, they approach their stalls and take the trouble to introduce the food on the stalls. They don’t leak every day. They don’t change the tune. I feel that the quality service is like a warm current wrapped us, so that we can’t help but continue to live again and again. Thank you for this service team, thank you for the hotel, we are very satisfied! I don't know if I will come to Shanghai again in the future, but you and the hotel will stay in our good memory."

"I stayed for 3 nights and the hotel upgraded me to a suite. It's located in the podium building of Wanda Community. The facilities are new, clean, and the service is excellent. There's a neighborhood supermarket right at the main entrance. It's convenient for shopping, dining, and parking! Laundry is free. The restaurant isn't very large and can get a bit crowded when there are a lot of people, but the dishes are well-balanced, and there's a wide variety, with different options every day. Highly recommended!"
