Very impressive experiences in Altantis Sanya Very nice room and scenry Fahad, the assistant during my stay is nice and helpful. From the first day for assisting my checkin and to the last day for assisting my checkout he is professional, patient and always with timely response to my requests Typhoon is striking Sanya these days, Fahad provided us with the information regarding the typhoon which was very helpful Room clean was nicely done and my daughters like the towel rabbits very much thanks for the fruit platter and goodbye gift water world and aquarium are good we all enjoy our times there C秀 不看完全沒有損失 像我一樣 看了就是時間金錢雙重損失了

Our stay at the Westin Hotel was wonderful, special thanks especially to Lila, our room assistant. She promptly responded to all my inquiries and provided excellent recommendations for places to visit in Sanya. I’d also like to extend my gratitude to Calvin Han. He is super friendly and helpful, answered all my questions and even gave us suggestions on where to go with children. Definitely went above and beyond his role, providing exceptional service! Cuiye Yuan, our housekeeper, kept our room spotless every day & greeted us every morning. The entire staff was incredibly helpful. We will definitely return to the Westin Hotel in the near future. Thank you again for the yummy coconuts and fruit platters!

My family and i had a great time in sheraton haitang Resort & we stayed in the family suite with Seaview facing for 2 nights. The children love the sea theme bed room so much. There are alot of activities that keep the young children occupied and stay in resort throughout the stay. Last but not least, i like to compliment Iris for her exceptional service & hospitality. She take great care of our needs during the stay. highly reccomend to anyone who wish to have a fuss free holiday with families.

During this trip to Sanya, I chose to stay at Grand Hyatt Hotel in Haitang Bay, Sanya, which was undoubtedly a very correct decision. As a senior travel enthusiast, I travel between business trips and vacations all year round, and have my own insights into the hotel's service quality and facility experience. Grand Hyatt Hotel left a deep impression on me. Whether it is the overall environment of the hotel or the meticulousness of the service staff, I have benefited a lot from this trip. First, let me talk about the hotel environment. Sanya Haitang Bay is located in the southeast of Sanya City and is one of the most beautiful bays in Sanya. The hotel is surrounded by mountains and sea, covering a vast area, surrounded by green trees and sunny. As soon as you walk into the hotel lobby, you can feel a comfortable and comfortable atmosphere. The lobby is decorated in elegant style, with the fresh atmosphere of citrus and sea breeze everywhere. The public areas of the hotel are designed in a simple and elegant manner, whether they are swimming pools, gyms, restaurants or bars. The room I stayed in was the Supreme Sea View Room, which was very spacious and bright, with floor-to-ceiling windows that offer views of the hotel's garden. The interior of the room is elegantly decorated, with exquisite furnishings, everything is available, the bathroom is spacious and bright, and is equipped with a separate bathtub and shower. Importantly, the bedding in the room was very comfortable and I slept very sweetly every night. In addition to excellent hardware facilities, the hotel's service is also excellent. Every service staff was enthusiastic and attentive, and left a deep impression on me without exception. May and Jasmine will take the initiative to ask me what I need, patiently answer my various questions, and ask me if I need anything else. The hotel can store my luggage so that I can hang out in the hotel with ease and pleasure. This kind of considerate service made me feel the warmth of being at home. Overall, the stay at Grand Hyatt Hotel in Sanya Haitang Bay was perfect. The beautiful environment, comfortable rooms, delicious dining and thoughtful service all made me praise it. I believe that as long as you choose to stay at Grand Hyatt Hotel, you will definitely have an unforgettable trip to Sanya like me. Hi! There’s only 1 level of car park available that’s attached to the building, and with a huge open-space car park available though, non-attached to the building. Meanwhile, from the open-space car park to the check-in counters in the building, currently it’s as open-air walkways and with quite a distance actually. As proposal, just my 2cents, it would be nice if could have new covered-walkway ＜with a roof or cover or others design＞ to really improve guest experiences, be it sunny days or raining days. Thanks.

The closest railway station to this airport is yalong bay railway station which is about 25 mins away. We had a seaview room, offering unobstructed views of the sea. Check-in was smooth, and there was even a small room with light snacks which guests can wait in if the room is ready. One of the hotel staff - Minnie - added us on wechat. She constantly checked in on us by asking us how our stay was / whether we had a good night's rest and provided prompt replies on when we asked her for any help via the platform. Lounge was amazing, with plenty of food during tea and evening canapés. Tea time could get a bit busy, but other meal times were fine. The lounge staff were excellent - Nikki, Suki, Mia, Lilly and Lillian were friendly and helpful and provided exceptional service. Would certainly consider staying there again if we return. 离酒店最近的火车站是亚龙湾火车站。打车的话大概需要25分钟左右。我们的房间看得到海边，风景非常的美。酒店得到沙滩。入住很顺利。 大堂柜台minnie加了我们的微信，入住期间会问我们休息得怎样。我们有问题问她他也会及时的回复。 行政酒廊下午茶跟行政酒廊食物都相当的丰富。比起早餐/欢乐时光，去下午茶的人可能会多一些。想表扬行政酒廊的几个员工 - Nikki, Suki, Mia, Lilly and Lillian - 态度非常的好。服务很棒也很友善。 下回如果有再去海棠湾一定会在住这里。

Good services provided by hotel staff especially the manage in-charge Vivi, always delivering prompt assistance and very considerate. Room is large and clean, although it’s a bit humid since the hotel location is just next to the sea. Good food and amenities as well. Overall experience is good.

This is the true 5 star hotel. It's a Marriot brand hotel that is only 3 years old, so everything it automated, new and works well. The staff is well-trained and smile and say hello to the guests at all times. This hotel, like all Tribute Portfolio hotel, has its own character: it offers a unique experience. The architecture of the entire complex is highly-memorable and unusial in its use of water pools around the lobby. Food is always fresh and plentiful. I'd recommend trying out a Spanish-cuisine focused Pink Salt Bar on the 6 floor of Tower A. This hotel has a very nice private sea beach. And a long and wide swimming pool for adults and a separate one for kids. I highly recommend this place.

Our room was facing the ocean. It was lovely to hear the waves while sleeping. The room was big and clean. The bathroom/dressing area was the same length of the room... lovely. The pool personnel was nice and friendly. One of the pools was closed, however the sea view pool was nice when it wasn't interrupted by guests shouting into their phones or smoking to the side. The wind blows smoke towards the lounge chairs, so smoking anywhere near the pool should be banned. Unfortunate that it isn't a rule for smokers to smoke nowhere in the vicinity of pools. The breakfast was nice in the selection. However, when screaming kids it turned what could have been a relaxing start to the day to one of wolfing down food to escape the chaos. Bus boys would look at our table with empty plates and just look... not take our plates away. Not sure why. We can speak Chinese and even if English scared them away, it was just a plate. Would I return? Yes, because of the lovely view from the room, the size of the room, the pool, the cleanliness, landscaping, and beach (size and cleanliness).
